Leeds Hypnotherapy

I've been having hypnotherapy sessions with SeeChange's Gareth Hoyle once a week. My sleeping pattern was just rubbish but since the sessions I have seen a lot of improvement. Still a little way to go but will continue with Gareth as I find I am more relaxed generally, worry far less and I enjoy the lovely sense of relaxation following my hypnotherapy sessions.

They have really helped me with my severe anxiety. I was having panic attacks and was leaving the house less and less but after my sessions I haven't had one panic attack and have become much more confident when going out and dealing with people it has taken such a weight off. I'm so thankful to them and would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic!! Gareth is an absolute professional and has made an unbelievable difference to my phobia/anxiety. 100% recommended - after an accident I couldn’t face getting in a car and after hypnotherapy with Gareth I am now facing my fears. Truly life changing.
