Izzy at City Motors was very helpful and always available to advise through our decision making to handover of our new car. She kept in regular contact, arrival of car fell when she was out of business, and provided clear and concise information throughout and in no way pushy with her sales.The only bit that wasn't as great an experience was in her absence when handover was being arranged the handover to different people did not meet the same standard that Izzy had delivered. Overall though city Motors has provided great service.

A great team. Different staff members have been extra helpful at different times, from going above and beyond to book in a same day appointment, to getting a car seat and driving me over the busy road to avoid me having to walk my son over to the other building in the rain. I have had my car for 8 months now and am so glad I decided to make the effort to come out and purchase from this dealership.

Ive just had my new dacia duster delivered from the factory in romania and handed over to me at city motors on whitby road in bristol.From day one when i walked in and met the salesman jodie to the actual handover when i met sales executive isabel i was made to feel at ease,not pressured and most importantly had everything explained in simple terms.This was my first time buying a brand new car and im so glad i chose a dacia duster it has everything i need in a car, from comfort to technology and not forgetting the price tag !!!I will definately be returning to city motors in bristol for future purchases and would very highly recommend them.

Purchased two vehicles from City Motors at Whitby Road recently, Izzy Cunningham (Sales Executive) was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, Izzy was lovely, professional, friendly and interested and very knowledgeable about the vehicles, all the above made my purchases very easy for me. I would highly recommend City Motors Renault Dacia and especially Izzy, she is AMAZING.

Izzy was very helpful when I was deciding which Renault to buy, providing me with the benefits of the different power types. She kept me regularly updated whilst I was waiting for the new car to be manufactured and was friendly and helpful throughout. She ensured the handover went very smoothly and provided me with a comprehensive overview of my new car. All in all I was very happy with the whole experience.

The staff on the service desk were really friendly & helpful. They couldn’t have done more to assist me. My wheel was ordered in quickly & they swapped it over quickly for me too. Best in class service all round.
