My first purchase from Oakwoods. I am local to them and know they have a good reputation, built up over a number of years and now I understand why. The car I bought developed a serious fault on the way home from picking it up. They could not have foreseen this and were straight on it. Nigel and his chief mechanic, Chris, couldn't have done more to rectify this quickly and put me back on the road at no cost. Buying a used car is easy, buying a good one is more difficult. When things go wrong you need to be able to trust who you are dealing with and these guys back up their promises 100%, so you can buy in confidence. Their videos of the cars for sale are always very useful and honest. Highly recommend them. Experienced, no hassle, and great to deal with.

I spent 3 days researching 75 cars up and down the UK from Scotland to Cornwall and the one I settled on was decided on the service received as well as the car itself! Nigel was off on a deserved holiday, so Graham was my first point of contact... I hadn't even stood in front of the car in the flesh due to the distance away from us, but the video posted on the site covered it all.. Everything a discerning buyer needs to make an informed choice... Travelled by rail to Maidstone, was greeted at the station by Graham and a short journey down some twisty lanes to where they operate from was laced with optimism.. Everything was ready to go, the car was very well prepped and anything that required attention had been sorted, right down to a service and oil change ready for my 3 hour trip home. Recently travelled from Southampton to buy a car and Nigel was so accommodating making sure the car was ready to drive away if we decided to buy it. Early days but no problems with the car so far and I have no doubt that if anything comes up, Nigel will sort it.

Where do i start, this garage is by far the best and most welcoming garage i have been too, after being stung badly and have a really bad go at a previous dealer this was so much different, first impressions was honesty and very straight no BS about the car. Had a really good feeling and the process was made so simply if i ever buy again which hoping not for a while this place would be first on my list, honest no BS and really decent guys. It would be extremely difficult to praise Nigel and his team at Oakwoods Group highly enough.Arranging a viewing allowed them to prepare and display the vehicle for my arrival, making the whole experience feel more like an event than just another inspection and test drive. He does not disappoint.Upon returning from my solo test drive they offered me a very fair price for my trade in and my decision to purchase was made with absolutely no pressure to proceed whatsoever.
