Excellent service. After being in the same job for 15 years and finally deciding to leave, Ben found me employment within less than a week from interview to accepting the job. After the initial appointment he was at the other end of the phone or email for tips and advice and put me at ease before my interview. Really happy with the whole experience as was dreading starting the whole job search/cv/interview stuff again. Only spoke to about four members of staff but they were all very polite and helpful. Would not hesitate to use Search again in the future and have already recommended to friends.

As good as any other agency I've dealt with. I haven't experienced any problems with delayed pay or anything of the sort and on the odd occasion I've had to contact them with a query, they've always responded pretty quickly.

As it is 21st century I was unpleasantly surprised by the way person from Search Consultancy, who called me this morning, handle a conversation with me, stating that I've got to strong accent (Polish), so some particular company, which name I don't know, may not be interested in me for Customer Advisor Position. I have founded it a very rude, unprofessional and xenophobic, especially that I have got a few job interviews offered from other big companies. So I would like to your recruitment company never approaching me with a job offers in the future. I think, I can handle myself. Thank you very much.

I've been working for Search since I stopped teaching and moved to Edinburgh nearly a year ago. They never let me out of work, always pay exactly what I am owed and right on time every time. They really are always there when I need them and I have to say they are a super approachable and friendly bunch.

Applied for a job with them, got called for an interview almost immediately. Agent was nice to the end and said was excited to pass my information onto the employing company. Except weeks of chasing the agent later, not a word back. So unprofessional, I would have liked to know not to waste my time going and not getting my hopes up.

I was getting a lot of support work shifts with them for a while and it was alright. A few times there was issues with pay and having to wait months for a missing wage.Work seemed to be quite limited after a while and I wasn't enjoying the services they had shifts with anymore so I stopped accepting any work from them.The paper timesheets were a huge inconvenience and waste of paper.Staff were constantly whatsapp messaging asking if I could work today, tomorrow etc even when I'd already given them my availability. Felt like they were constantly pestering me and it got annoying.

They're just unprofessional and trying to get you hired ASAP to hit their commission. Incredibly rude throughout the process and asking extremely invasive questions. Decided to get rid of them before progressing further.

I found working with Heather at Search a great experience! She is professional but friendly and approachable and really knows her stuff. I am in no doubt that the support, prep and help Heather gave me helped me get my dream job and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an agency to represent them in the job market.

For paranormal reasons I am suddenly a great fit for this recruitment company, as they called me twice. The problem is that their behaviour were embarrassing. The first recruiter hang up the phone while I was saying that the line was very bad, the second one that I had a few minutes ago was worse: he asked me if I was looking for a job, I politely reply no and he sarcastically replied oh you are not in the market anymore and after he rudely hang up.Dear search consultancy, people are not numbers, and as you are a recruitment company your employees should know that these episodes are somethings that a professional never should do.Treat people fairly.

The team I dealt with at Search, Ben, Maria & Kirsty were great. We discussed various opportunities and they persevered till we found the perfect job match for me. The support they give you as a candidate is immense, they listen to your story and understand your particular circumstance. They do know their industry very well so I'd also recommend listening to their advice. It's great at Search, everyone works in your interest, as a team. Exceeded my expectations.
