Purchased items in store. Quick response to my query via the chat service re. Stock. Friendly helpful staff when I attended the branch. Also ordered items for delivery, came a day earlier than expected via DPD on a Sunday! packaged well. Both easy and pleasant purchases. Definitely recommend

Stock is obviously limited compared to the online selection, but the try on or buy service is very good, which is what I did. I ordered two sizes of boots and bought the ones that fitted at a good knockdown price

Now over a year ago I went to get my first full riding equipments and the staff was really helpful, spend nearly 2 hours with me and helped me to find what i need including gloves, jacket, trouser, helmet. Still go there for all my biking needs

You can't beat the selection and price, at least not near London. The opportunity to try stuff on before buying it and their return policy are both great. The showroom feels a little spartan and the selection on the floor is not great, but if you know what you want to try it's easy to use the tablets and have them bring stuff out from inventory. This is my go-to place for motorcycle kit.

There is a reasonable selection in store and very helpful staff. Also you can order multiple items to try in store via website with no pressure to buy. Fantastic business model and my go to store

Absolutely excellent service from really friendly staff. The whole experience is really easy and they do everything they can to help you.They also have a great range of products in stock. It was my first visit to the shop and I'll definitely be returning. Great team, keep doing what you're doing.

Friendly staff and a good selection of products on show. They also have tablets located around the store that allow you to look at what they have in stock and order it to the counter if you wish to purchase anything.

Really live this place, just started riding and bought everything from here from armoured clothing to chains and alarms. My helmet was a nice AGV until the clasp broke and the guys were very helpfulMy only moan would be I had to take a helmet from the shelf to replace mine as there were no stock it was reduce by 30quid as it was black Friday but I did expect some sort of compensation or further reduction as it was dirty and the situation wasn't my fault.Other than that great shop lots on the website
