Once I got through to a human being by pressing the appropriate options, (first two attempts I was cut off), the person I spoke to was very helpful. I felt as if the stray or dumped animal I was reporting would be helped. If you don't succeed by pressing the right options the first time then try, try again. I was able to send a photo of the piggy in our woods by email.

Tried phoning about a horse suffering. All I got is please press numbers. Nobody to talk too. So horse still suffering
