Clean and tidy sheltered housing complex.

A very well staffed multi storey Sheltered Housing. It was the first purpose built Sheltered Housing in Aberdeen. There is a laundry and a common room and has six flats on floors one to nine with two on the ground floor where there is also an office. Each tenant receives a morning call daily and there are pull cords in each flat and around the building tenants also have pendant alarms. There are numerous smoke and heat detectors in each flat and around the buildings.
