Great friendly service

My husbands car broke down a few years ago. Took it here to be fixed, after weeks of having the car and a hefty payment we finally had the car back with a reconditioned engine, or so we thought. Within a year of having the car back same thing happened again and the engine went. Called the garage and they finally agreed to look at it after some reluctance due to the fact we insisted it had done far less than the amount of miles they stated there reconditioned engines should atleast last for.Took the car in in October 2020. After Months of calling and them telling us they hadn't even bothered to look at the car we asked to speak to the manager and complained about the fact that we'd taken it down there and they hadn't even looked at it yet. We ended up with a mouthful of abuse and him telling us he was doing us a favour and not to keep calling! When In actual fact we had seeked legal advise and we were fully aware that they had a duty to repair or replace due to the fact it hadn't lasted a time deemed suitable by themselves or the price that we had paid.We sent several letters after this but never got a response. As of today our car is still there and we have heard nothing from them.

Please avoid...there is a reason they only have teo reviews, ripped me off for £2400. The day I got my BMW back I traded it in it was so bad. Owners played good cop, bad cop...complete thugs. Also been on consumer tv show. Shocking...
