booked an appointment for a quote for just after 4.00pm. Got a call at about 3.30 telling me the guy is running late and wont be able to make it until 5.00pm, i said thats no problem. at 5.45pm there was still no sign so i phoned up to find out where he was and got a different guy on the phone. there was no apology or any interest in finding out what time the quote guy would be calling round at. we just work till when we work!" he says. Do not use this company. £60+vat for an initial call out to come look at our gate. It was a concrete issue. The man who called out was nice and said concrete jobs were their bread & butter". We paid the callout fee and had to badger them for a quote to do the job. Call after call for 2 months. Eventually they refused the job

I needed new overground gate motors and intercom system. After checking other providers , I’m very glad that I went with Securequip. Stephen came out and fitted the whole new system and did a very professional and tidy job.Very impressed and would definitely recommend this company.
