We bought couple of large unusual pieces of furniture that we hadn't seen elsewhere. Good prices too. Delivery is well orgnised. Going back for more

Never take any notice of any negativity reviews wise I've been buying and taking friends and family here for two decades (or so it feels). Solid furniture that lasts for a lifetime. Never ever ever had a cross word or fault with the firm at all. Massively pleased to see they've doubled floor space. Best selection in Essex yes, best in U.K? I'd say so .

Used You're Furnished several times. Furniture great quality good prices. Have some fantastic quirky bits you dont see in other stores. They all are happy to hang on to furniture until your room is ready but many stores are that flexible. Staff helpful and friendly too

Terrible customer service!We paid in full for a dining table in July, and arranged collection in early October which we were assured would be 'no problem' by their staff.When my partner phoned to pick it up once we had moved in to our first home he was told the style had been discontinued and they had none left. We were offered the ex-display table from the shop floor with no apology or offer of any money off. Staff were arrogant and unhelpful.Will not be revisiting and will be advising local friends to steer clear. Appalled.

Recently bought a metal Anthracite grey pergola with Louvres on behalf of a customer from ‘You’re Furnished’, and their willingness to help us has been unwavering.We unboxed the Pergola and there were a few defects all of which is due to the nature of the material. They happily replaced the 2 items no questioned asked.A week later we have gotten around to fitting it, and out of clumsiness I dropped one of the legs causing loads of abrasion and a large dent.Again I called them up, very concerned I would be very out-of-pocket and told them we are very happy to pay for the item. Straight away they said they appreciate my honesty saying it was my fault, bring it in and they will swap with some spares free of charge.This level of kindness and customer service doesn’t come around often at all and they only way I can repay is by leaving this review.Thank you so much for all your help.Karl @ K N Construction & Darren @ Garden Dezign.

Can honestly say I have never known such poor customer service and utter arrogance from this company. Having paid in full for a dining room table to be made, we were more than happy to wait 12 weeks for delivery. Over confident owner assured us it was well within his companies remit. Alas not so. Never once in our 7 month wait were we contacted for any updates. Our phone calls were not returned and when we did speak to someone they were rude and obnoxious, treating us as with utter contempt. We have received our money back but would urge anyone considering using this company to stay well clear.

Have visited the warehouse many times but today I was really disappointed with their so called mega sale" "everything must go". Literally many of the items I saw today were the same price 6 months ago

We paid for delivery of a glazed wall unit, and wardrobe. Which was reduced on the shop floor. At no time were we told it wouldnt come assembled. The delivery guy turned up as arranged which was £55 delivery, fair enough with a completely un assembled wardrobe that he alone struggled with getting off his van. The other was in a cardboard box. How would he get that up stairs and into a bedroom on his own. So it gets delivered but that's it.When phoning You're Furnished " and spoke to a very arrogant and dam right rude TOM
