Kieran was fabulous at the point of a sale but 12 weeks later and 2 missed promises of delivery dates we are still waiting for our hot tub to arrive. 50th birthday celebrations shattered for my husband and mine.Can't review hot tub it's self as still not arrived!!!!!!Government says.... shop local. We did! Shocking service. Would never recommend this company as no valid reason has been given for none delivery.

Avoid buying from hereWas a great sales pitch and was made to feel comfortable with such an expensive purchaseOnce hottub was fitted that all changed fobbed off for months to find the sales person had leftSo the owner of company sent the son around again gave us the o sorry things will changeWell yet again fobbed off and let downNow to be told the company has shut down and what we were promised we now have to pay forNow we need to contact jaquzzi to see if the will honour any warrenty workWish we had never trusted them

I can highly recommend Hot Tub Leisure. I was concerned about purchasing a hot tub during lock down, being unable to look around the showroom. However, the advice I received over the phone was excellent and the Sundance hot tub I picked has exceeded my expectations. The quality is very high indeed and the finish of the shell and jets are particularly impressive. The purchase was a for special birthday present, and Kieran and his team worked really hard to deliver and install the hot tub on time, despite a tight time scale. The actual delivery and installation were excellent and the after sales care has again exceeded expectations.

I came across Kieran the sales manager for Hot tub leisure I really needed some sound advice regarding hot tubs in general. Kieran was so helpful even though they are too far away to supply me he ran through all the features of various models and manufacturers and gave me very good knowledge to take away he really knows his stuff ! Lovely to know that someone will go above and beyond to just help someone with nothing in return I would not hesitate to use this company if I was closer if you need an honest sales guy he is your man

We have had a great experience with hot tub leisure. From our very first visit to enquire about having a hot tub to installation to after care. Kerian offers a first class service . The hot tubs are certainly of a very high standard and if any queries they are there to help. I can’t recommend this company enough it’s certainly been a pleasure to deal with them.

Kieran and his team offer superb customer service - during and after purchase. The product itself it everything we'd hoped for - spacious, easy to operate, powerful jets and efficient to run. We are so glad we went with Hot Tub Leisure and not on eBay - where the prices are a bit cheaper but there is no service or support. Kieran has given really helpful tips on how to keep the tub clean and at its best and has advised which products give value for money without compromising on quality. We look forward to enjoying our tub for many more years.

Avoid at all costs!! Would give zero stars if I could. Charged over £100 to strip the tub to be told the pump needed replacing. After weeks of chasing being told a pump needed to be ordered, my calls & texts were then totally ignored. Finally went elsewhere & paid £350 less than the quote I got from Kieran. Lucky escape !

We bought a hot tub during lockdown from Kieran and the them. The sales experience was comprehensive looking at all aspects of our needs this ensured we got the right tub for us. The team then went on to advise on the necessary ground work and power requirements, even recommending an excellent electrician. We bought the tub with out actually seeing it due to lock down. It was better than described. The delivery and installation was on time efficient and completed with socially distancing in mind. We would highly recommend Kieran and the team, fantastic experience.
