Dunelm

I love Dunelm. It's my favourite shop in the world. Everything they sell is awesome. The quality is good, the prices are good, the staff are nice and friendly. You can always find what you need, amazing range of choices and ideas. Every time I go here I'm happy.

Very bad experience, returning an item in store as they did not want to take the package back. I have open the item but I did not use the item so for that reason they said it couldn’t be returned. I also went online and bought the next item which was a more better suited so I would now have four items that are similar. Spoke with the manager Pete he was very rude, telling me I should read up on laws, getting Security Guard, saying he was going to chuck me out the building know this piss me off as he passed me back as I was discussing things with customer service, he said oh you’re still here, one thing, as a customer hot working in that department, how should you know about an item , the lady who might of been Next is in charge, looked at me and say it’s obvious that the bed protector you can see in it. I explain not at all if it’s folded I cannot see what’s in there was only one picture online, so I could not get to skip past and see what the item was like. Very bad management team. If I did not have any money to buy that item I could’ve never get it. Why is this company trying to rip off people?

Recently had blinds fitted. The whole service was excellent. Julie helped me to sort out what I needed and was very patient when I wanted to make some changes and Adam fitted the blinds with professionalism and good cheer. A great service! Blinds look fab too. Thank you

After spending £75 on household goods, the shop assistant asked if I bought a suitcase I had with me in the store. I politely told her I brought it from home. Then as I was leaving she followed me to the exit to check. Shocking. I wonder if this would have been the case were I white. I won’t be coming back, they’ve lost a customer for good.

Lovely big, well stocked shop. Ordered online this time so didn't browse but service was very friendly and still professional. Will be visiting more often too as it has a cafe upstairs ( don't worry, there's a lift if needed) and all makes for a nice relaxing shopping trip.

This isn't a place we visit very often but when we do we never leave empty handed, it's not expensive and their range is very good. They have a nice Caffè upstairs and also a lift if needed. Free parking with no time restrictions and there is a rest room.

Hadn't been here for years but needed wallpaper for our spare bedroom. Got some mural type paper at a greatly reduced price. Not a massive selection to choose from but OK for us this time.The store us bright and with the upstairs area has a good range of household items. Good car parking. Shame it can be awkward getting onto the busy motorway island.

Really really good customer service. There’s literally a lady on the door to great you! She told me where the mops where.Then at the back of the store where the mops were there was another guy and he took me to the exact spot where the mop was I was looking for.When I got the the till there was a q and they opened 2 extra tills for me and the others waiting! I’d forgotten what good customer service was until I went here today.

I escorted my daughter to the shop. I found everything very nicely displayed. I loved the choice of curtains. I loved the parking space they provide for customers. I could not buy things as I would have had to bring them home on the Bus.It was lovely looking around. Very nice.
