I've had a terrible draft under my front door and front window. I've called the office & keep getting fobbed off and told someone will call me back. On top of this, the company van hit my car and I'm still waiting on the remaining £200 for the repair bill. It feels like they've taken my money & have no after care.

Took the for ever to come out to give us a price for two window's and when he did come out he didn't have a tape measure to do it. And I have still not had a price of them and that was 3 weeks ago. Only one star as I can't give any lower.
