We have contacted Countrywide and have been offered £100. This is considered sufficient compensation for a complete lack of service and refusal to market our land which is near Porthmadog. Disappointing service to say the least. Breach of contract which Beresford Adams seem to take so lightly as to make a mockery of the sales process. AVOID.

We were very happy with the service provided by Beresford Adams at Porthmadog when purchasing a house near Criccieth. We were allowed to view the house a number of times at short notice and they were always obliging and efficient. They provided guidance for an appropriate offer and during the conveyancing process Steven promptly followed up any queries with the vendors and their solicitors. It was reassuring to have Steven's support for what became a protracted process in the latter stages not helped by our conveyancing solicitors inefficiency.
