Hello, order 491636371 . I placed the order and realise that I accidentally I need to cancel. Address of store 64a military road ct1 1lu . Immediately after placing the order literally immediately I rang the store and explained that I need to cancel and I was told that I could only been refunded half of my money even though I literally contacted them 30 seconds after placing the order. The woman told me that they had already started cooking it which is literally impossible because I called 30 seconds after placing the order. I want the £8.49 refunded in full please or I will not be shopping here ever again regards.

WORST SERVICEWORST PIZZANOT EVEN APOLOGETICI didn't have zero star option to give them. Delivery delayed so much that the box was soaked on delivery. Pizza was cold and awful, threw it to bin. The store manager doesn't care to even discuss the complaint in detail, sends only one response that I should have called to report and not complain thru the domino's app.

Ordering was easy, not too long to wait and delivery staff were friendly. Pizza was disappointing with minimal toppings. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and four slices without any pepperoni- not at all like their advertisement

For disclaimer - I am not a fan of domino's pizza. Food was good, looked and tasted ok. Service ok, only went for collection from app order, place looked clean not to be worried about food safety.

Wanted a pizza asked if it was possible to have pineapple on half at my wife’s request was told under no circumstances are they allowed to do that!! Common sense would have said sure no one will get hurt the oceans won’t rise any more than they will why not? Madness Dominoes no wonder Italy are kicking you out!

I have tried to order three time from here through the app and through the website and every time it has blocked my card and had to unblock it through the bank. Will not order from here again.

Refused service today of a gluten free pizza with vegan cheese. (I have both alligies) this has never been a problem previously. I was told head office have just inforced this new ruling... very unhappy with this rule ☹️☹️☹️
