Wonderful experience. Booked some reflexology appointments with Lorraine to help with my stress and blood pressure issues. She was able to work around my schedule and call out my home. I felt particularly reassured as she works as a registered nurse. As someone who hasn't tried any holistic therapies before I didn't know what to expect but Lorraine was professional and knowledgeable so I found the whole experience very relaxing and restorative. I have booked a few more appointments as I really want to enjoy feeling the benefit.

I came to Lorraine at Amethyst holistics after experiencing issues with anxiety and stress and I cannot explain how beneficial reflexology has been. Lorraine puts you at ease straight away and seems to know what I need instinctively everyone I see her. Within a matter of minutes I float away into another relaxing world.I leave feeling lighter and balanced in both my body and mind. I cannot recommend Lorraine highly enough, her skill is second to none!
