Came in the other day for a suit fitting for a wedding coming up, the grey haired bloke working in there was extremely rude to all 4 of us. All because we were still deciding the right coloured suit for the wedding. He had a sort of teenage attitude the whole 5 minutes we was stood around. I’m guessing he was the manager and he gave us a “fitting” by putting a blazer on our back and assuming our trouser size. Simply was not a good experience and the man working in there was nothing but rude.

Got my in law a nice suit for his birthday but I didn't fit. We returned and changed it, and there wasn't any complaints. The customer service was really good and friendly

Great store for suits for any occasion, I needed suit for funeral and Michelle couldn't be more helpful and friendly especially as I don't wear suits because I work on construction sites so my knowledge of suits is minimal

We went there today, looking for a suit for two different occasions. Michelle was great, she welcomed us into the shop and helped us out from start to finish. Her expert advice on colour and size was gratefully received, she really new her stuff, as well as being polite and pleasant.
