I purchased a 2nd hand Prius 3rd Generation from Motorexe in June 2023 and now, 3 months later, I can report that I am really pleased. They were easy to deal with, open to striking a reasonable bargain, included 2 years warranty (including the hybrid battery) and delivered the car to my door. Once I purchased my own diagnostic interface I could see that the car was in excellent condition, just as advertised. A great experience overall.

Carfinance247 together with Motorexe dealer is a big scam I, together with 3 friends, were cheated with cars that broke in 1 weeks down afterwards and if they are under warranty, the mechanics from the garage don't fix them, they are painters, they damage them more, they take time until the warranty expires .when you call them to tell them about problems, they say to call Carfinance247, they say to call Motorexe Ltd and they keep fooling you until the warranty expiresMOTOREXE LTD WITH CARFINANCE247 BIG SCAM

This one ended in court when the owner forgot that he was the owner and the garage next door seems to be in on the antics.Try to support independent and local where possible but there are always the ones who spoil it for others.

0 stars if i could. Beware these guys are not regulated or members of any motor trade association. Car broke down within 1 week and they took no responsibility. I will be taking these cowboys to court and making sure they donot scam anybody ever again. Funny how 99% positive reviews are from asians.

Went down to their dump a few weeks ago riding shotgun for a friend interested in buying a car from them. The place is a tip. The car was supposedly ready to collect, the left wing mirror was held on with black tape, and they had obviously been looking at how it was attached because the door card was virtually hanging off. The old battery was sitting in the boot along with the abs solenoid block which i assume they had changed along with a collection of bits of trim. The new battery wasnt quite the right one so the cover had been modified" and on the +ve terminal there were a couple of random wires badly crushed under the bolt

I would very much to praise Motorexe for their awesome & honest customer service. I saw their Toyota Bb online and discusssd the car, agreed a price & organised delivery. Unfortunately, the old car was not up to standard ( no fault of Motorexe). Maz was honest & upfront & recommended that I could happily take my payment back & within less than 24 hrs the money was back in my account. Totally happy with my treatment & a real shame because the car looked great. Motorexe gives car dealerships a good name. Thanks Michael, Hexham
