I had really good customer service from Mr. Shehzad Alyas, him is really calm to explain everything before purchasing a car, also hi. Helped me with all paper work and also gave me advice how to get the GPS tracker info from the previous owner. Thank you very much for you're patience with me.

Very rude customer service. I was told to SHUSH (Service department supervisor, Erdington branch) when explaining about already damaged alloys on the courtesy car. visited today.So shoching!Also, they are very nice when you want to purchase a car, but totally change when you return to check the car under the warrantry.Be careful when you deal with this branch. They don't accept any responsibility after the sale.

Really nice store.Visited the dealership to pick up some service parts. The showroom is quite big and they have an extensive range of cars in the showroom. It has 2 floors. G wagon, new 23 s class, Gts all on display.There is also a cafeteria in-store which isn't too expensive and also some merchandise.Good range of cars on show. Really enjoyed having a look around.

Scamming Dealership! Complaints raised to Mercedes UK after a appalling unethical service provided today! Simply put, I checked Wheel Nuts Torque 1 hour visiting the garage they were 140nm with my torque wrench. After visiting the dealer they were 275nm+. So based on that they did not honour the Parts Warranty! They over torqued the nuts so they don’t have to replace the part and put the blame on me! When confronted the Customer Service gentlemen ABDUL MOJID. He did not have anything to say but needed a cigarette after the conversation…The tell tell sign was apart from me checking the nuts before visit. They only Over tightened the Lug Nuts to 275nm the Wheel Locking Nut was still at 140nm! Lol. Come on guys. Customer service is key. Privately owned franchise dealerships all thinking about their pockets!Hopefully Mercedes UK can intervene & put the trust back in the brand!

BUYERS BEWARE! Part 1.I bought a brand new A class and after several delays they handed over the car to me dirty! Then, they agreed to valet it at a later day. After valeting, the car was covered in scratches and swirling!!!Also, since I collected the new car, the Mercedes Me app was not working!!! There was no urgency to rectify these issues. At the branch, I spoke to one of the managers who was rude and disinterested to hear my complaint. I was then reassured that my car will be taken to an external detailer affiliated with MB to be polished and I reluctantly handed over my car to them.Before collecting the car, I was told that it was valeted again and that they went through the car with a fine toothed comb. When I arrived, it looked as if nothing had been done to my car. The car was covered in dust and scratches were still evident (if not worst) all over the car. I was told by the manager I had high expectations and that scratches are expected and normal!!! They no longer wanted to deal with me and asked me to contact customer service to reject the car!Hey Mercedes Benz, are your standards so low that scratches are expected on brand NEW cars? Or is this something you only say to women/female customers (because you perceive us as knowing lesser than men about cars)?BUYERS BEWARE! Part 2.So, I went to my preferred detailer and did a test patch as advised. See videos of before & after. Clearly, the scratches & swirling can be removed/corrected!!!It’s clear that Mercedes Benz:1- did not send my car for polishing, or2- they sent it to an incompetent detailer, or3- their valeting team added new scratches to the car when they valet it again!A brand new car needing a 2 to 3 stage correction?! What a joke!I sent an email to the manager and have not gotten a response! Absolutely disgusting customer service! Once they have your money, they don’t care!I truly regret buying from Mercedes Benz and DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all. So many complaints on Twitter as well about their poor customer service. I should have bought myself a BMW instead!
