Our move became quiet complicated (last min change of moving address, longer storage needs etc) but the team handled everything and made the move stress free. We are a family of 4 who have moved a number of times over the past 5 years.Right from the outset we were hugely impressed by Springbox. Kyle came through and provided a competitive quote and immediately any sense of apprehension about the upcoming move was taken away by his professional and reassuring nature.The service throughout has been absolutely first class. On the days of the move we had Michael and his team. They were punctual, polite, friendly and extremely efficient and hard working.The move was completed without any fuss, damage or stress.I cannot recommend Springbox enough, they're fantastic.

We hired Spring Box to move our 1 bed flat’s worth of belongings from Canary Wharf to Greenwich, based on good reviews and competitive pricing. Michael and Adi arrived on time and were incredibly polite, professional and friendly. They came prepared and worked hard, insisting that we sit back and relax in the meantime, which we really appreciated. They honestly made moving a breeze and I would 100% recommend them.

We used springbox to move our 4 bed house from London to Devon and they were fantastic from start to finish. Professional, friendly, careful, fast, they got the job done (packing, moving, reassembling) in two days when all other companies quoted three days. The boss Kyle is a nice guy too. Highly recommended.

Needed a reliable company to deliver and build a sideboard & dining table to our client’s son in his new London apartment.Katy at Springbox organised everything easily and quickly, even providing someone to hang some artwork for us.Super efficient, helpful and professional. I will use Springbox again and will recommend to anyone looking for this kind of service.

I can’t recommend Spring Box enough. The booking was easy and the quote reasonable. The guys we had on the day, Michael and Mark, really went above and beyond. We moved from a 3rd floor flat with no lift, and I didn’t hear a single comment or complaint about the amount of stairs. They were cheerful, polite and friendly. The guys dismantled and moved large items, such as wardrobes, ottoman bed, sideboard and bookcases. They then speedily reassembled these items at the new house and nothing was damaged. They took care not to mark any walls or carpets in our newly decorated property. I booked them as my cousin had a great experience with Spring Box 2 years ago and I’m happy to report that the standards are still high.

Update: Have used Springbox a total of 4 times so far - they have been exceptional every time, have moved furniture, disassembled and reassembled beds, helped us move around furniture in the house, and were always friendly and busy throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend, excellent company and team.Lupche and his team did a great job moving us from a house into a flat and storage, with Kyle organising (and able to make some last minute changes to timings for us). Arrived on time, did everything we asked quickly including moving mattresses, cots, beds, bookshelves, a tumble dryer and lots of boxes (including disassembly/assembly as required and helping pack and move the remaining bits we hadn’t quite gotten to). Would not hesitate to recommend - I got a recommendation which made me aware of them - and will be using them again in future.

For the last two weeks I've been trying to use storage services provided by this company while being constantly 'dodged' by the customer support team. After a fair amount of calls (6) and emails (3), I didn't get any paperwork to confirm that a storage is booked and that the team is ready to accept the upcoming shipment. Everything has been confirmed only over the phone and given the amount and value of the shipment, there is no way I can trust the company without a proper written confirmation. What was consistently suggested by Springbox employees over the phone: 'just send it to us, we will receive your shipment'.At the end, I were urged to look for another storing solution last minute and pay huge amending fees to transportation company for changing our destination address. Despite all the positive feedback I saw on Google Maps, I personally do not recommend using services of this company.Consider avoiding the company if you don't want to spend hours on the phone or writing dozens of emails!

So impressed with the Spring Box team. We picked them as meeting Kyle made us feel confident they would look after our stuff. The removals guys themselves were also fantastic. So speedy and careful, and generally very professional and nice to have around over what is generally a pretty stressful few days! Highly recommend them.
