Happy House Surgery

Really good doctors surgery. Receptionists are very friendly and the communication between patient and surgery are outstanding. Always a welcoming atmosphere within this practice!

Absolutely brilliant GP. Been my families for years and honestly there isn’t a better GPS around. Really friendly staff and nurses and GPS are so friendly and make you feel well looked after. Thank you

I'm writing this on behalf of a good friend, Lynn Riddell, who is a patient of this practice. She was a victim of domestic support for 10 years, and the support she received from Dr. Quasiam and the receptionist and practice nurses was 110%!!!!!She doesn't know what she would have done without their care . Consequently, she has ongoing health issues and has an amazing back up from this practice that she will never forget or want to lose! Cannot rate them all high enough. Excellent on all levels.

Lovely doctors staff are amazing and so helpful first doctors surgery where I feel I can talk openly. Dr Quasim is a lovely man and I felt very comfortable talking to him. Nothing seems a problem and love that appointments can be made in advance

Absolutely disgusting Gp surgery ever my girlfriend made an appointment for a lump on her chest and she struggled to breath.She made an appointment to see the nurse she went down and because she changed her address in the same grindon area they didn't want to know at all and told her to go I had to go and get her and drive her to the hospital.I rang happy house surgery and they were not bothered at all I then rang NHS complaints line and they told me they had no right on doing that it's life threatening and I think on my opinion they didn't want my girlfriend to be there at all messing around with her meds not getting them on time or nothing at all we are now getting solicitors involved.Very rude staff no care what so everAvoid at all costs Happy house surgery should be closed

Brilliant receptionists, lovely nurses and doctors who really listen and out your mind at ease.

This GP office is a gem! Easily one of the best in the UK - the staff are not just skilled, but super friendly, and the service is top-notch. They provide great experience that leaves you feeling truly cared for.

Doctors nurses clerical staff and reception are all very polite and helpful for whatever you go for or call them for on telephone. Can always get an appointment. The whole surgery is run efficiently. Always get satisfaction at all times. Thank you all!

This has to be the worst surgery I have ever been to. If you manage to get past the receptionist and let's admit it that's an ordeal in itself, try and speak to a GP or the manager.. good luck. The only word I can use to sum up the manager" is patronising. More concerned about numbers and costing that peoples health. The GP that came for a house call was pointless. After saying I needed rest I ended up in hospital. One word of advice. Avoid."
