I have used this florist on a few occasions and highly recommend. The bouquets they have put together are always plentiful and beautiful.

I have recently lost my mum and found a beautiful flowery coffin on line. I went into Ann and Pams to look for a wreath. As the coffin had flowers on I didn't want the coffin to be covered Ann and Pams staff were amazing and recognised what the flowers on the coffin were and made a wreath that were perfect. Thankyou so much for a your help and care.

Oh my goodness these flowers! When they arrived at my door on my wedding morning it nearly pushed me over the edge they are so beautiful! I wasn't the easiest customer as I had no idea what I wanted other than some pictures I pulled from Pinterest. I met with Grace who made me feel really special and put my mind at ease that she would sort something beautiful for me. Melanie stayed in touch via email and everything was just so easy. A truly beautiful bouquet was made up at my request to be sent to my granddaughter today.I can truly say that they couldn’t have been better and went far beyond my expectations. To anyone who has grown up in Dover, Ann and Pam’s is a local institution, so it was only natural that for our wedding day, my husband and I approached them to do the flowers for our celebration.My bridesmaid and I met with Grace and were able to talk through what we wanted the flowers to look like. I had mentioned in the email that I wanted very seasonal wildflowers and was really impressed that Grace had gone through tonnes of magazines to get an idea of what we wanted. She’d hit the nail completely on the head and had so many suggestions on which flowers to include.The team at Ann and Pam’s were on-hand throughout all of our planning. Like so many others we had to rearrange due to covid and we had the heartbreak of losing a beloved family member during the chaos of 2020. Melanie ensured we were taken care of as a family, helping us to sort wedding flowers as well as funeral flowers during that difficult time.When the day itself finally arrived the flowers were delivered bright and early and were beyond all expectation, so gorgeous and really fragrant. They also decorated the venue for us and it looked perfect, which felt like quite a tall order when we wanted something eclectic yet elegant. Having a down-scaled, 30 person wedding we were worried the venue may look bare, but the flowers brought it all together and helped it to feel more like the wedding we had originally planned.The team were kind, incredibly talented and great value for money. They can turn their hands to anything and I’m so thrilled we’ll be able to use their services again next year when we can have a bigger wedding celebration. Thank you!

Had a lovely bouquet delivered from my work colleagues for the loss of my brother. They are beautiful and still look fresh 10 days later. I have been lucky enough to recieve two bouquets over the year from this amazing shop. Will continue to use them when I need floral tributes.
