Very wide selection of sofas and knowledgeable staff. Relaxed shopping experience without overly pushy sales people. Our salesman Shane was very helpful and friendly, but not over zealous as can sometimes be the case. The quality of the furniture, for the most part, was very high and the option of a zero percent payment plan is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend taking a look if you are in the market for some new living room furniture!

Avoid! Sofa on Monday was £550 Tuesday £1100! Staff not interested in the doubled price hike. Sales chat so rehearsed at both head office and in the showroom. Clearly a gimmic to make you think you have a bargain when it’s reduced in Boxing Day sales - back to the original price!!

Penny at SCS Westwood Cross is lovely. While we were browsing, she offered tea and coffee. When we eventually wanted service, Penny made everything an absolute cinch. We spent quite a bit of money, but felt the whole system was transparent, stress free and simple.
