Can't praise this garage enough. Recently purchased a second hand car, had it serviced at Autoshoppe and it's now like driving a completely different car. Can't rate the mechanics enough so impressed. Totally recommend

Excellent service at competitive price. They even collected and returned my car for me. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

They have always treated me very well, i have never had cause to complain. All of my family use this friendly local garage and will continue to do so for many years, when you find something good stick with it. I would recommend them to anyone.

I see there are a lot of complaints against this company medway trading standards are looking at my one as I paid £600 for a guaranteed engine for a Mercedes 270 Cdi . Iv paid the auto shop about £600 so far and now there still asking me for more money £590.40 this vehicle is going to harptech UK Limited as the work that was carried out had bolts and clips missing please I know some of the workers in there and 100% they are very good . It's the auto shop that isn't and vosa has been notified of a lot of the work we have found out . So please if you read this put your experience and how much this cost you I will make sure google dose not remove this as in some of the cases this is dangerous to the publicThanksI had to put 1 star because they don't do minus stars so please be aware

Booked in for my MOT, was told they couldn’t do it for a week, I understand they are busy so accepted this. Finally took my car in and failed my MOT with flying colours, this was completely fine however they did charge me £18 for wiping snow off my car! Took it with a pinch of salt and paid it. I failed on the emissions, brakes, body, windscreen wiper, windscreen washer, exhaust leak and oil leak. I was told they were happy to repair my car but I was looking at paying a lot of money. I took my car to a different garage to have the repairs, they checked over my car and was extremely shocked with what I failed on. Turns out the only thing I should’ve failed on was my breaks, the only advisory I would’ve had was my oil leak! This completely shocked me as I was told I was looking at a lot of money for the repairs from them when infact I only needed my rear breaks replaced. I feel very used and feel as if they were trying to scam me out of money! The only nice thing I can say is the receptionist was kind. I would not recommend this place at all and will never be returning. Please do NOT take your car here unless you want to be ripped off.

Very pleased with the repairs to my vehicle on the 3 occasions I have used them over last 2 years. Low prices. Friendly staff, especially reception. My 3 year service contract has finished with supplier, will be going to Autoshoppe in future!

Used Autoshoppe on 8 occasions for 2 of our cars over the past 3 years . Very efficient and they will fit in jobs as soon as they can. Never waited more than a couple of days maximum.Good advice given and no pressure to agree to have work done immediately when minor issues have been diagnosed. Very reasonable prices for services and no inflated prices for repairs. Given my experience so far, I’m been very happy with the work carried out and feel I can trust them to give realistic quotes.Nice to find an honest local garage that seems to value their reputation. Would definitely recommend Autoshoppe !

Very disappointed. Quoted £600 for a replacement water pump, cam belt, aux belt and tensioner. Took it to two other garages and was told the car has a cam chain (not belt) and the water pump needed replacing but the aux belt was perfectly fine. Got the job done for £120. Both garages also told me that if it had been a cam belt etc it would have been between £370 and £400. Shocking charging £600!
