Went for the caramelised white hot chocolate with marshmallow fluff and it was honestly so worth the hype!Creamy, hot, and delicious. A hug in a to go mug.The decor is really bright and welcoming. The staff were super friendly and chatted away. Quick and efficient service with a smile.Got my loyalty card and will be back!

Incredible ice cream, the flavours are delicious and so fresh. Something for everyone! The caramelised white hot chocolate is insane and worth the queue time.

What a great find, absolutely the best ice cream in Glasgow. Not too many flavours but to me that's a good thing. They change up the flavours they have every now and then. My daughter had the salted pistachio and she said best ice cream she ever had. I had a mascarpone lime and bramble....scranned it so no photo

No photo of my gelato because I inhaled it as soon as I walked out the shop… This is the best I’ve tasted in the UK. I usually get sucked in by shops selling ice cream and using the word ‘gelato’ to make it sound fancier but this was in fact the real deal. I especially loved the vegan dark chocolate, orange and rosemary flavour. I cannot wait to try the rest!

The Gelatessa did not disappoint! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and took the time to double check if things were dairy free for me. I ordered the spiced apple sorbet in a dark chocolate dipped waffle cone and my husband got the Bacio (spelling?) gelato that was made with chocolate and hazelnuts. We both LOVED our sweet treats and cannot wait to return to try their hot chocolates that are topped with toasted marshmallows.

I had visited several times over the summer for takeaway ice cream which was always incredible. However, after seeing their instagram posts advertising hot chocolate, I knew I had to return to test those too. They had options for oat milk for vegetarian/ vegan customers and their were even four hot chocolate flavour options. The toasted marshmallow was the star of the show and definitely worth returning for. Would definitely recommend to anyone craving a sweet treat in the autumn!

Delicious hot chocolate with the mallow topping. There was a queue but the staff worked quickly and fulfilled the orders. Good selection of ice cream which if it wasn't -2 outside I would have tried !!
