Fantastic service! Stewart and Kevin did a brilliant job arranging everything. The whole process was very relaxed and not pushy at all. When we collected it the vehicle (Vito sport) was absolutely gleaming and had plenty fuel in the tank, super friendly staff and would happily recommend to all my friends and family!

Service Department.There is a twin girls both exceptional people. Girls went out of their way to get the emergency service required for my Tractor unit.Under current circumstances, I appreciate that getting certain immediate support is so hard.I was driving from Scotland to the EU and had an engine problem on Motorway and just Google and drove straight away to Bell Truck. They kept me informed on where they were in trying to get sorted out this for me.Honestly, the team here whenever I needed something would help and are just cheerful people. I am a firm believer in going the extra mile for customers their team genuinely does this.Would 100% recommend it here. They would always be ready to help you.10/10 Service!

Hello, on June 1st, i contacted Bell Truck and Van auto repair shop for a van repair. The main problem was the leaking oil from the back of the engine. They found the source of the leak and told me that the entire repair would cost £2740.61. I agreed to the price and left the van for repairs on June 28th. After a few days, they called me to say that the van was fixed and ready for pickup. I paid for the repairs and drove home. However, after a few days, i noticed that oil was still leaking from the back off the engine. I went back to the shop, and they offered to inspect the van to see what went wrong. After a few days, i received a new bill for £1600 for additional repairs

Took van for waiting service at 8am, van not pulled into workshop till 9.15, got van back at 11.15, handbrake not adjusted and front pads are 90% worn. I told the service desk to check the brakes and I was totally ignored, had to adjust handbrake myself and suppose I'll need to wait for pads to wear down to metal before they change them, very disappointed

Even after I had left he called me to make sure I was heading the right way ( I came from Manchester to get the car).
