Was going to go and buy the 5 series touring they have for sale reg FH08KWO priced for £1795 but after reading reviews on here and doing some digging myself, I'm so glad I'm not buying it now. Cause I tell ya. If I were to get ripped off, promise you I'd be serving prison time 20+ years. Trust me.

Excellent Service! Lots of variety for cars with different prices, staff was really helpful when we asked questions and wanted to know more about the car. We had spent a couple of months trying to find a nice car at a good price and this place is definitely the place to go if you are unsure about what you want or need any help with finding your perfect car. I highly recommend!

Amazing experience, excellent salesmen who assisted me in selecting the ideal vehicle for my needs, and they also provided me with a cup of tea, which I found to be energising and enjoyable. I also felt the need for a second cup, and they were more than happy to provide me with one until the transfers were cleared. I left with an excellent vehicle and a smile on my face, and I highly recommend it!

We were looking for a car for my daughter who had recently passed her driving test and went to OLIX. The staff were really helpful and guided us through the whole process of checking out suitable cars, test driving through to purchasing a car which my daughter absolutely loves! There were no pressure tactics involved whatsoever - just honest guidance which was a fantastic plus point from my point of view.Based on our experience with OLIX, we definitely recommend them when you are purchasing your next car!

Really helpful and courteous set of lads. We bought a little clio for run arounds at a bargain price. It was their lunch time, they even bought us pizza while we were waiting for the payment to clear. We'll recommend to anyone who's looking for quality used car.

It's been about a month since I bought my car (mitsubishi lancer) from Olix motors and I cannot complain. The car was as described and runs smoothly especially given its age. Would definitely recommend these guys, fully transparent and happy to help with everything. Before I bought the car they put it in for a fresh MOT in which a couple of issues arose but they sorted them with no problems!! Would definitely buy a car from these guys again.

Don't buy a car from them, this dealer should be shut down. Despite assurances about the warranty, a few days after the purchase I found an oil leak. A repair estimate of £700 failed. I asked for a refund of at least half that due to the 2 hour one-way journey. Many calls, messages. I didn't even get half of it. Stay away from them.

I have absolutely no idea how this company is receiving such good reviews (I suspect this one will disappear quite quickly) after spending 4 hours travelling I was left standing at the train station for another 40 minutes. Eventually a driver appeared in the car I was hoping to buy. He sat there revving the car like a teenager on acid. I asked him to take his foot of the pedal and the car sounded like a bucket of bolts. Timing chain slapping away and a bearing somewhere making a ridiculous noise. A quick inspection revealed 4 mismatched tyres and significant damage to the rear corner.He tried to tell me it wasn't a problem and he could get it all fixed. Was I meant to book a hotel for a week or go home and return after Christmas and spend another few hundred pounds on fares?I can only assume they have lots of friends leaving nice reviews. Hands down the worst example I have seen of an R53 cooper s.He even tried to tell me the noise was because the engine was cold. I looked and it was at optimum temperature (not surprising given he was driving it like it was stolen.I'm now £200 down due to lack of honesty and clarity.

DO NOT BUY. Bought a car via finance in February. The dealership was aware I lived several hours away, a single mum with two toddlers. They proceeded to sell me a car with a faulty gear box & faulty engine. The car itself was in bad shape when received. They lied about the mileage & a lot of other things. When contacting them in the first week I was met with excuses & pure abuse & threats claiming I’m just a woman who knows nothing. The car was under warranty which they did not honour. Thankfully my finance company was great & have got me my money back but it did take nearly 2 months. DO NOT BUY from these cowboys. They clearly have no conscience when they’re selling dangerous cars to families. They should be shut down. I have proof of absolutely everything that went wrong & the absolute shocking customer service. I cannot stress enough that you will regret buying any vehicle as they do not honour anything they claim they will regardless wether you sign a contract.

Do not buy from this seller. Turbo EXPLODED on the SAME DAY as the purchase. Please read below for in-depth information (Including IGNORING PHONE CALLS/TEXTS/showing WILFUL NEGLIGENCE).The car in question was a white Seat Leon FR.The car was driven a total of ~60 Miles. Upon which white smoke came out of the exhaust and there was a loud Pop sound.Took the car to a garage (which Olix Motors LTD asked of me) who said that I should get my money back due to the turbo exploding which led to bits of metal in the engine which ruined the car.I called the business and asked for them to pick it up. This took a week and they ended up having to pay the mechanic a fine. In this time, they said they would pick the car up every day but failed to do so).The business then said they couldn't give me a refund due to not having the banking app but stated that a refund was due and told me to contact the owner and gave me his number. He kept on telling me not to message him on his private number but to get in touch with the business who were ignoring me.Its was over 1 month, over 40 ignored text messages, the business number ignoring any phone calls (And I mean all of them) and the owner promising to pay but not actually paying whilst ignoring most calls or texts.I was asked to pay an Admin fee which I refused and was then told that removing this review was a condition of the refund which I refused as it is not required for the Consumer Rights Act of 2015This put me out of pocket and I didnt have the car either.If you purchase from them, the warranty (mine was 1 month for ECU, gearbox, Engine and DPF) means nothing. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 mean nothing. This business does not seem to care if they mis-sell you goods. You will be blanked and ignored.One final point:Other reviewers have noted that the business probably has some fake reviews. I imagine that this is probably the case.However, they probably have sold some cars which function as expected. But if you do get a bad one, your going to have an upwards battle on your hands.I finally did get the money back after more than a month
