İ used 2 times garmin fenix 3. Both devices leaked water. I can't change because the warranty is over. garmin must accept this mistake and support customers.The responsibility of the device is not with the distributor, but with you. I don't recommend garmin because the button of the devices leaks water and customers are not helped after the warranty. i wrote the that mail to Garmin uk. and they didnt help me, they sadi; This problem is between you and the distributor.My first mail; The Garmin Fenix3 model, I bought on 2nd November 2016 , was broken down because of the deficiency of the mode changer button.  I sent my watch to service, Baytekin Teknik Cihazlar/TURKEY, to be repaired by on 17th September 2018. But The Service could not repair my watch and exchanged it with a refurbished one in a few weeks. The new Garmin watch, given to me on 17th September 2018, was broken down again only in one year on date 24th September 2019. It was reported by the warranty service that my watch was leaked water from the start/stop button and the main board was broken>> (Although ıt is warranted to water-resistant until 100 meters, It is really hard to understand how water could leak. ). It has been offered to buy a new watch (Fenix 3, Fenix 5 or Fenix 5x) at a discounted price that is lower than Garmin Baytekin Store prices.Although the prices seem to be low, The prices are really close to the other commercial web sites. My loss could not be satisfied/charged by the Turkish distributor.>> During my decision period about my buying this Garmin Watch  I have really trusted in Garmin’s reputation about the quality of products and also warranty services and good intention at customer relationships. But I am really disappointed with the low quality of the product. The new watches were broken down, due to the same deficiency in 2 years. This situation seems not to reflect the quality and the reputation of Garmin.>> I am an active sportsman for the Turkish Mountain Climbing Federation and also the trainer of the Turkish Orienteering Federation. I use my watch pretty actively during my exercises. I have climbed 5047 mt high Kazbeq Mountain/Georgia and also all high mountains in Turkey using the Garmin watch. I have always supported Garmin on Social Media.>> I kindly request you to satisfy my loss if It is possible to exchange with a new Garmin watch not older than Felix 3 at no cost.

Beyond impressed with Garmin. They replaced my broken forerunner with a new watch, only 3 days after I posted it back to them!
