TUI Holiday Store

Went into the shop today to look for a holiday, and was served by a competent man called Ryan. He really understood what I was looking for , for my family, and I have got a brilliant family holiday to Florida later on this year. Just want to say thank you for making the experience very easy and not stressful. I can imagine their work goes under the radar, so want to express their good work.

I’ve had nothing but good things to say about TUI but this has infuriated me.Imagine booking a holiday paying upfront then a month before your holiday finding out that the hotel you’re staying in is being used for refugees.I don’t believe for one second that TUI doesn’t know this, I’m fact they have told me on the phone that they know refugees are in the hotel but assure me they will be gone by the time we arrive.I’m all for helping people I do it on a daily basis but when you book a holiday and pay good money for it you don’t expect this.I feel completely let down by TUI.Let’s see what happens in the next few days.I’m sure my solicitor will have a field day with this but I will wait with legal proceedings and see what TUI have to say.YOU HAVE TILL THE END OF THE WEEK!!!!

Visited the branch and was greeted by two lovely young girls Madison and Charlotte, I was served by Madison. Why Madison was finding us our perfect holiday Charlotte popped the kettle on and made us a brew. Nice touch Charlotte.after us going online for days and days Madison found us out perfect holiday.We never came in for a cruise but the girls had us sold on the cruise and stay we are so excited thank you girls will be back to book with you alwaysYou Are a credit to TUI

Last summer and recently I went to speak directly with the agent with enquiries about a holiday during these dreadful times. The agent was very pleasant and explained all the rules and what would happen if the government changes them. I did not feel pressured in any way to make a purchase and I felt that they were providing a good service and very reasonable options in case the rules were changed last minute.In the end we decided not to travel in the summer, but recently I returned and we decided to take the risk and we booked one week all inclusive in Egypt in February. I have not made the purchase straight away, but the agent explained if I made up my mind and if I purchased in store, they will match the online discounts , plus I would have a direct point of contact for any issues.I meant to return a few days later, however I was busy and the store would have closed in 30 minutes. I phoned and they were more than happy to complete the sale over the phone, which was very useful. I received the confirmation details immediately.I am very pleased with the service. We traveled a few years before for 1 week all inclusive in Cape Verde and we had a very good time. Thank you TUI. Hopefully we will be able to travel in February...P.S. looking at the previous 1 star review - no rude lady in sight, all 3 agents in store were really polite and nice serving other costumers

This branch is like a repetitive headache. I have tried to call them about a quote on holiday even booked an appointment to go in and chat, they were closed! During the week. Then yesterday I asked about having a euro card sorted, couldn't do it cause they were closing everything up at 4:30 pm, even though they close at 5 pm. This was over the phone and they say would call me the next day to sort it out, still, nothing was done!They need to get their act together or they will be the next branch to shut
