Great experience buying a bike from this company. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering from a bike shop the other side of the country but from ordering being placed they put me at ease with great communication on my order and delivery. Would highly recommend and use again.

Fantastic service love my bike after having a bad experience buying a bike from another online retailer buying from mtb monster was a dream i was kept informed as my bike was coming from Germany when it arrived perfectly packed up and it was the best price thank you won't ever go anywhere else from now on. 5 star service.

I purchased the cube stereo hybrid 160 and i must say the service when collecting was brilliant, i recieved a full run down of the bike, plus we set up suspension to my spec. All in all great service and very helpful staff, i will be a returning customer for sure!

My wife was instrumental in me getting my Cube MTB. I used to do a lot of riding on my ' normal' giant MTB. But a combination of COVID, damage to ligaments in my knee and age catching up with me I found riding more difficult. The Cube has given me a new lease of life out on my bike. I ordered the bike on line and backed it up with a few phone calls. The website is excellent and the staff are even better. The bike arrived as described with only the handle bar and front wheel to fit which was easyI'm loving going out on the bike which has turned what had become a chore back into a pleasure. Thanks.

After searching around local (Leeds) bike shops I eventually contacted MTB Monster in my quest for an Orbea Vibe H10. From my first contact by phone and a visit to the shop, and then collecting the bike three weeks later, the service was excellent. All staff I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was kept informed of the progress of my order -it came from Spain-and was able to email and make a couple of changes to the accessories I was also buying, with no problem. Highly recommended. Just a shame they are a 90 minute drive away!

Great company to buy from. Brought a Mondraker Crafty RR 2023 (Which is perfect, I love the bike!) I was constantly asking loads of questions and the team was responsive in great detail not just simple answers.Nothing was an issue. Would definitely recommend and will be buying from again in the future without hesitation.

From initial order enquiry to collecting my new mountain bike at the shop the service was excellent. The team at MTB Monster show good knowledge and customer care - all questions were dealt with extremely well and there was no feeling of being rushed. It was very clear that the MTB Monster team want their customers to be fully satisfied when they receive their bike. This was further reinforced when my first ride on the bike revealed that the set-up was excellent.

I bought an Orbea Rise (at a great price!) from MTB monster and they were great throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent and the team were super friendly, hopefully I can get into the shop in person sometime! Invisiframe was perfect too :) thanks!!
