Waterloo Kennels

My dog, Mushu, LOVES his stays at Waterloo. It’s reassuring when you’re away they send you pictures, videos and messages (like the ones below). The staff are so friendly and clearly know their stuff! You can tell they really take pride in what they do and know each dog individually!

Waterloo kennels is the perfect place for 'Junior'. Being a dog who has flown all the way from India into a completely new environment, Waterloo has truly been a blessing for us.The entire team has been extremely helpful, friendly, patient and super caring towards Junior to understand his needs and make him feel at home and for that I will forever be grateful. Waterloo has helped Junior talk 'dog' and has also helped with his overall socialising skills with other dogs. He gets to run free and play at their beautiful farm and woodland walks.The team truly believes in making dogs feel at home and comfortable. Junior does not even look back at us when we drop him off at Waterloo. He just goes off with the team, wagging his tail, like its his second home.They also share his videos and pictures to keep us updated on his activities.Junior always comes back super happy after his stay. I am truly thankful to Liz and her entire team for taking such good care of Junior.

Waterloo Kennels is a fantastic place- we leave our doggo (Chilli) there knowing that she will be safe & looked after whilst getting much more exercise than we usually are able to give her. They allow the dogs out in packs so they can play & socialise- they have four areas one with a small pond the dogs can play in.The people there really care about their doggo guests and it’s just so apparent they are in a safe and well cared for environment.You do need to book early though- I think the reputation is so high & they are so good word is out so don’t leave it to the last minute (like me).100% recommend the dog hotel.

We were looking for a doggy boarding place that could accommodate our very different personality dogs( one beagle and one spaniel) we tried a home boarding place but didn’t really work for the beagle then Waterloo was recommended by a friend of ours. From initial contact to their first stay I can’t fault them. The team are super efficient. They were invited to do a woodland walk to meet the team and see how they get on in that environment. They loved it. We did another before their stay so they could familiarise themselves. All the staff make a point of getting g to know your pups and just as you would want as well as lots of playtime and exercise there is also plenty of cuddle time.We have booked Bentley and Bruno in again and intend to plan a longer holiday for 2024 now we know they are having their very own holiday at the dog hotel of their dreams!!

Such a relief to have found somewhere that our dog loves going to stay. We know he’s well cared for & safe but more importantly he has an amazing time. Highly recommend Waterloo & the whole team. Extension of our family.

Waterloo kennels is fantastic. All the staff clearly love the dogs and look after them so well. Watching the videos of all the dogs running around the fields together whilst you are away gives such peace of mind that they are having as good a holiday as you are. Maisie loves it and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We are so happy we found Waterloo Kennels!!! Our dogs both absolutely love staying there - they get so excited when we arrive outside! Our dogs have stayed at Waterloo for daycare, overnight stays and for our longer holidays, and it's so reassuring to be able to leave them knowing that not only will they have the best time, but they'll also be really loved and cared for. Everyone working at Waterloo is so helpful and friendly - everyone just seems really passionate about what they do which is lovely. There's so much green space that our dogs get to run around and have lots of fun outside with other dogs - it means so much to us to know they are having such a great time whilst we are away. Our dogs definitely won't ever be staying anywhere else!!

Waterloo is a fantastic place to take your dogs. My partner and I have been taking our boxer there for the past 6 months after they were able to help us out at short notice.We can definitely say that our dog absolutely loves it there and has an amazing time whenever she goes there. She has made many friends amongst both the staff and the other dogs that stay there.The staff are so friendly and it is clear to see that they adore dogs and want to take care of them to the highest standard.For anyone who has any doubts based on other kennels in the area, Waterloo Kennels should put your worries to rest. The professional service you receive is a great experience. The dogs always return very happy and absolutely knackered after being treated to walks across their private land and playtime throughout the day.Whether you are staying for the day, or multiple days, this place is great for all types of stays. Our dog got the courage to swim in the pond thanks to the lovely staff at WK and the encouragement they give to our fur covered companions!Would definitely recommend to any dog owners in the area!
