They tried to charge me 50p per side of paper to scan on to a USB stick. When i enquired about the high price, they said that it is 20p to print per page. This makes sense as I am paying for the paper and ink, but to charge 50p per piece of paper to be scanned on to USB?! What am I being charged for?The scanner looked about 20 years old, the shop is tired and staff unhelpful. I think the future of this store is obvious.

It’s a shame that stores have to occupy space in other peoples shops nowadays. This one is in a Robert Dyas. It’s ok but I think the range they sell is much reduced because of the space they have. Prices were good. I’d far rather visit this store in its own right. There’s plenty of empty units in the centre.

Rubbish customer service and pathetic excuse for not doing a simple print and binding.Even tried to blame not being able to find the order on me.Lazy staff on a lazy sunday.1 star is a compliment
