We have used Sure Safe training services in the last couple of years, and we were very impressed with the level of service we received. Preeti was very engaging and interactive throughout the process. She paid close attention to detail and did an excellent job in training the staff in basic life support/CPR/Anaphylaxis. Preeti has carried out numerous Paediatric First Aid and First Aid at work courses for our Children's Centre and Early Years Centre Managers and Staff. Every time, with out fail, she is well prepared, professional, extremely knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. As a trainer she brings each aspect of first aid alive, making even difficult areas manageable and enjoyable. The courses are packed with practical examples and practical activities for those on the course. She ensures courses are inclusive and supports all learners, especially quieter ones or those less confident. At the end of each course you really feel that you have learnt and feel confident to take on the first aider role. You and your staff are in safe hands when you train with Preeti. Preeti also ran the Mini Medics course for children. They realIy enjoyed it and have been confident to use the knowledge gained in real life situations. Preeti was a very joyous and bubbly trainer. Made the session very interactive and engaging. Only thing I would say is perhaps try slowing down or having more time allocated so there is enough time to refresh on everything e.g recovery position practice, felt like the session was slightly rushed after the CPR topic.

Excellent Basic Life Support Training. Actually one of the best !It was engaging, interactive , inclusive and covered all topics thoroughly in the time span allocated.
