Sainsbury's Petrol Station

Very poor delivery service: For the third delivery in a row, I have not received essentials such as coffee, milk and bread which I ordered in advance. This is since the delivery service recently switched to the Whitstable store. When I contacted head office they told me that it is a first come first served basis. However, from my point of view, I was first as I ordered in advance from items that were available from a list. As these were essentials, I had to go out straight away and drive 6 miles to my nearest supermarket to buy them. This makes the delivery service pointless. Please switch back to the Ashford store where this was a rare occurrence or do not list items that are not available. I know of no other online business that would sell items that were pre-ordered in advance to one customer to a customer off the street. Yet. I have been told that this is the 'policy'.

Staff very efficient and cheerful: waiting period not too long (if at all)

Very busy Sainsbury petrol station near to and opposite the Main entrance to Chestfield Sainsbury's. Easy access. Six lanes of pumps. Always very busy especially peak times. Staff are fast and efficient. Shop in the pay station selling some car cleaning items and a range of drinks and snack foods. Car wash and tyre pressure machines as you would expect. Get your fuel when you do your main shop.

It's fast and cheap there notice that diesel won't lasts as long as other more expensive diesel does so won't go there again also have more particular filter problems in my taxi could cost a lot to fix that in a normal car.

Always do weekly shopping here good quality food and reasonable priced.Restaurant very good.

Lots of quality products and produce to choose from. Spacious store. Friendly, helpful staff.

Decent Sainsbury's superstore, well laid out as usual and a good stock and selection of goods. Good parking, and conveniently next to B&Q. Don't forget there is a brand new Sainsbury's local on the high street in Whitstable too.

Cheap fuel stop. Jet wash. Full car wash. Water and air. Vacuum too. Handy little shop with polite staff.

Always well staffed so never queue for long. Well stocked shop too and fuel priced competitively

Fuel prices have been steadily rising, fluctuates a bit but nearly better off going to shell over the road. Redeemed by friendly people and FREE air and water. Best place locally is Asda in Canterbury at time of review for fuel prices.
