For a communications business, their ability to communicate is woeful.Told on booking I would be first appointment of the day as I could only do AM appointment. By 11am no engineer so rang only to be informed I was last appointment of the day. Cancelled installation on the spot. The engineer showed up 15:50, calling me whilst i was at work wanting to know why i wasn't at home. Clearly swish don't even communicate with their own engineer.So lost half a days pay and no swish fibre, no email to state change of installation time, and still waiting for email confirming cancellation of installation.If this is the standard of customer service you can expect then I will be using another provider !!!!!

Swish Fibre dug up the pavement outside our house and left it in a very poor state.It took them 2 weeks to reply to my email complaint.They initially said the damage was present before they carried out the work.However, after comparing before and after photos they replied with we reinstate to our best endeavours".It's very clear from the photos the pavement is in a much worse state.They stated "in this instance we’d have to tarmac the whole street".However

Had no Internet for a week now. Poor customer service.The equipment they provide is poor quality, a modem router type box with led notification.An additional plug that gets very hot to touch is a bit concerning. This plug connects to the modem and I assume it provides the Wi-Fi signal.The fitter also fitted all this low down behind a sofa. Poor signal from upstairs when it was working.Avoid at all cost

Disappointing. When enquiring about having Swish fibre installed at our address their website said it was ready to set up here. After signing up I heard nothing for a week, at which point they told us something was preventing them setting up. No further information given which we need it help decide what to do about internet service at our address which customer support seemed sympathetic about!I called and asked for estimated setup dates repeatedly and each time I got in touch they said someone would call back. Frustratingly, they didn't. The customer support team while friendly didn't really have any information or support to offer besides this empty promise.After a few weeks I tried to call to explain why we had to cancel the set up and they were quite blunt and basically hung up on me. (I haven't received confirmation of cancellation so part of me expects trouble further down the line - I will update review if there is)Overall very disappointing because we'd have loved to take advantage of the high speeds they offer but they just chose to massively waste my time. Frustrating!

So I had a flyer put through the door advertising a great deal for broadband at my business so I called the number and left a message and then I responded via e-mail with again no answer.after then going with an alternative suppler I received a call 6 months after needing a quote. Poor very poorSo I had a flyer put through my door at home again advertising a great deal again, as suggested I went on line to get a quote only to be quoted £25 per month more than the deal on the flyer .I don't trust this type of misleading advertising and very poor customer service.

Disgusting door to door sales tactics round our estate this week, trying to tell a lady that’s recovering from cancer that her broadband would be cut off if she didn’t switch there and then!! Knocking on doors past 9pm and whilst I was a work knocking on my door when my partner answered and explained to them they she doesn’t organise our broadband they became very intimidating and rude, considering I’ve two young children at home at the time I wasn’t best pleased!! Wouldn’t change to SF now if they offered it for free!! Disgusting behaviour.

I used to work for the customer service side of Swishfibre the manager Adrian is asking us to help him make dummy Gmail accounts to make fake reviews for Swishfibre’s trust pilot and Google reviews this company offers expensive internet packages but 80% of the customers have connection issues our email complaints are piling up and complaint calls are non-stop I'm sure that most of the reviews here are made by the manager with dummy accounts

I’d love to be able to review the quality of their product but I’ve been on their installation waiting list for seven months now, with three different months being promised to install… but no sign of it. Customer Services doesn’t seem to be able to get an answer from their own installers. Not looking good for the future really, despite constantly receiving marketing telling me that their service is in my area. UPDATE: fastest response I’ve ever had from them was to contest the validity of this review because it was going public. Eight months waiting now and I’ve received another email telling me “We're working hard to connect you within the next 6 months.” Still doesn’t bode well for ongoing service. 2nd UPDATE: 10 months now and I’m still receiving their literature to get me to sign up… even though I’m already signed up… it just adds insult to injury when they’ve stopped responding to my enquiries of when will it be installed. 3rd UPDATE: I’ve given up… it’s nearly a year after the initial agreement and I’ve just cancelled it all. Finally fttp has arrived and I’ve gone with BT.

The best internet provider I’ve ever used. Connected our house relatively quickly.Symmetric speeds up to 1gbps, no issues in 6 months of connection. Very strong wifi signal in 1000 sq ft apartment.
