Because the time frames were tight, we set up the meeting within 48 working hours. David arrived on time and was very thorough, courteous and discussed the initial findings. As promised, a full detailed report was received on time.

I have used David Cooper Associates twice now, first for a help to buy repayment valuation and then also a desktop valuation. I found David to be a very pleasant, friendly and professional gentleman when he came to conduct the initial survey. He asked questions about what we wanted the survey for and carried out the visual inspection thoroughly and with care for the property. The valuation report was then received within a week. Dealing with Mary in the office was also a good experience as she answered queries very promptly and gave updates on expected timelines. All in all a really good experience, can highly recommend and will use again myself in the future.
