X-GENVR

Visited today after seeing this place advertised on Groupon.  The four of us have never tried anything like this before so we needed some guidance.  Gareth was beyond helpful, so friendly and stayed without throughout.  This place is wonderful for both children and adults.  Situated in the heart of the town centre and plenty of parking close by.  This place would be amazing for parties/date night etc.  Spotlessly clean and perfectly organised.  Would highly recommend this place.  Staff are so lovely!  Because we had travelled from Lancashire (although not at all far) Gareth said we could have a turn on a little surprise at the end, which was brilliant!  The equipment is out of this world!  This is a must visit as it is so important to keep independent businesses going!  You will not be disappointed!

Very impressive vr venue, with many immersive arcade setups. I've been to a few vr places and this place impressed me, they have an arcade section where there are cars, iron man suit, tron bikes, egg pods, rail gun, and free movement area. They also have vr rooms for a different experience. What impressed me here was that the staff are helpful, knowledgeable, that all the kit are easy to setup for whatever games you want. They have various package deals, I did 60 mins for both my children for 50 pounds, it's a little expensive but in terms of the kit they have I think it's worth it. Kids will love this place, I plan to visit again and try out the vr rooms.Update: So I won a 60 min vip vr experience and 30 min arcade experience which I used recently. The staff were very helpful. In the room you have a different set of vr games, my kids played vacation simulator for 60 mins, and each took turns to play. I think if you're by yourself then 60 mins might be enough but with multiple people you should consider 90 or even 120 mins in order for everyone to get a chance to enjoy. As these are more immersive than the arcade games, you'll play much longer. The staff know the games very well, they stay with you in the room, and can adjust the headset or advise you when you're stuck in the games. I cannot recommend this place enough, you get a great experience, excellent customer service, lots of games to choose from.

We booked the party package and I can highly recommend it! The staff were exceptional and really made the experience that much better. The kids had so much fun, it was well worth it

4 adults and 5 children had a fantastic time here. The staff were great and kept an eye on everyone to make sure we got the most of our time there.From racing cars or bikes, shooters, rollercoasters and walking the plank there was a great time to be had by all.

Amazing experience for a friends’ birthday. We had an hour (for four of us) in the private room to play around and then an hour in the main room exploring each VR apparatus.Gareth and staff were excellent in cleaning equipment between uses, and informing us about how to use the high tech equipment.The rooms are spotlessly clean which lets gaming equipment stand out for itself.More than enough games to choose from and all ages- not just kids haha!We went in summer so the air conditioning was a welcome relief as we stepped in from the high street. The location is also ideal in central Stockport but just quiet enough away from the main buzz of the shops.Already been back for my step-son to have a go on all the games and will return again!

Had a very nice experience here tonight. 1st class games and customer service. Booked through groupon and have no regrets. Would definitely recommend.

Rrally enjoyed our hour here. 1 adult 2 kids. Kids were thrilled, adult enjoyed but felt a bit queasy after... but would go again. Nice staff too amd not too busy.
