After a bad lower back tweak, months of physio, years of yoga, daily stretches, nothing was easing my pain and discomfort.After one session with Lisa the relief was instant! Very friendly and professional, Lisa made me feel at ease with her expertise and knowledge. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

Cannot recommend Lisa enough! Myself and daughter both visit regularly, Lisa is so knowledgeable on our many back issues and always offers great relief and gives us advice on the perfect stretches.On top of my back I have damaged my knee and recently fractured my elbow and Lisa has been so helpful with different exercises that have really helped.

Started going to Lisa after a shoulder injury 2 years ago. She has been amazing. I now go regularly for top up massage therapy as well as relaxing massage to help with headaches and other problems. Highly recommend Lisa. Her prices are extremely reasonable as well.

Lisa is amazing! I have had massage treatments for back, neck and shoulder pain. Also for hip and lower back pain and the treatments have made such a massive difference.I no longer take medication for pain relief, and my mobility is much improved. I go regularly for ' maintenance ' massage, as I want to make sure my problems do not reoccur.Lisa is friendly, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and I won't go anywhere else.Highly recommended!
