My son had a urgent prescription for medication and went to this pharmacy 4 times in two days.Everything is done in a motion manner... extremely slow.We have changed to another chemist.

The dispensers are so rude, never smiling or say please or thank you. The pharmacist is the worst and obviously hates talking to customers, will cut you off halfway through talking to try and end the conversation.I was once very unwell and fainted on the desk, I woke up with them standing up just staring at me. No compassion at all. It's been like this for years, I will be changing pharmacies now.

Probably the slowest pharmacy on the face on the planet, despite being heavily overstaffed by a number of begrudging employees. They can be observed slowly sticking labels on prescriptions and making cups of tea while you wait interminably in the queue to be served, the telephone ringing endlessly unanswered in the background. Although the pharmacist himself seems like a good guy, he seems to be losing the battle for efficiency against the myriad jobsworths who have 'always done it that way'. Worth visiting as a model of how not to run a business, but not if you're in a hurry to fulfil a prescription.

I am really surprised at some of the reviews on here. There is one member of staff who does not smile very much but the rest of the staff are fantastic, and go above and beyond to help. I am so pleased I have such a good pharmacy within walking distance.

I called regarding the delivery of my dad's antibiotics as he is housebound I was told that it was no longer Lloyd's as it had been took over 2 days ago the owner assured me he would delivery My dads medicine today but I would have to collect in future even though my dad has paid for the delivery service I gave 1 star if I could I would of give no stars very poor service even worse than Lloyd's

Worst chemist ever. Rude staff even when you're polite to them. They look down there nose at you. Went in today and asked politely if they had any co codamol? Was told by the old lady that the chemist is being sold and could be weeks before they have any before being told to go somewhere else" Terrible behaviour and customer service."

Nice place... I can never make my mind up to have the Continental breakfast or full English on my monthly stay collecting my medication... it’s never fast.Nice people but slow.

This is the busiest chemist around and i have to say all the staff do a brilliant job under difficult conditions. Every time I go there my prescription is ready for me - even 2 minutes after seeing a doctor to get a prescription they had it made out instantly. Yes sometimes the queues get a little long, but that is to be expected with the nearly 13,000 patients registered with the medical centre next door. I always try to be a patient patient.

Friendly, helpful staff.Nearly always a cue no matter when you visit.electronic prescriptions can take upto 20 minutes to come from the GP surgery.Seems to be a minimum 5-10 minute wait for prescriptions even if it's only 1 repeat prescription that's due to be picked up on that day. Of course it's longer if you have multiple repeat prescriptions. It's best to phone them before you visit...They advise you to. That way you have a chance of your prescriptions being ready. If you have multiple prescriptions you're picking up always check you've got all of them before you leave the shop. Many times I've had 1 missing.I mostly get through to them on the phone with no trouble. They are a slow pharmacy, but they deal with a huge amount of patients/customers.Awhile ago the building was knocked through so the GP surgery & Lloyd's are joined. A good idea. Although there used to be 6 (or 8 ?) seats for customers, but now there's only 2.
