Great experience literally already looking at my next booking, branch manager dealt with me personally, even had to drive me back to my car for my license at the the other side of gala. The customer service from the gentleman was great can see why he's has the role of branch manager. Apart from having to get my license the service was quick and informative. Dropped the van off and the manager was straight out checking the van and signing my deposit back off to me within a few minutes. Fast well mannered.Even got the bonus of driving one the brand new vansAn absolute credit to the company

I rented a van from the Enterprise in Galashiels to move my business from England to Scotland. The move was a critical part of the whole logistics process, but thanks to Enterprise Gala everything went smoothly... we even got a better price for an upgrade to the bigger van. The staff in the branch is ready to help with anything you need and go way beyond to meet customer expectations. I wish all businesses would have customer service like this. Reliable partner for the business needs. If I can I would give them 6 stars!

Very good service, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The prices in Gala are quite a bit cheaper than those in Edinburgh. The branch is in an easy to reach location, within walking distance from the station. So, you can enjoy a scenic train journey and a day out in the beautiful Borders and still save a few quid.

Really friendly and helpful staff, after another branch left us without a vehicle, Gala branch was able to source us a van last minute, and due to my van of choice not being available I was upgraded to a larger van free of charge.

I had a very tricky situation when visiting from the US, a situation that could have put a huge, very disappointing wrinkle in my plans, and the Enterprise team at Galashiels went “above and beyond”, solved my issue and ensured I had a great experience. In particular, Shaun was phenomenal, but also Eddie and the rest of the team really came through for me and my traveling companions. Shaun runs a great office and his professionalism reflects very well on Enterprise. I tend to think that all rental car agencies are the same, but after my experience at Galashiels Enterprise, I am starting to change the way I think about rental car companies- Enterprise is rising to the top. -Cary

After my car was written off staff literally bent over backwards to assist me and my family in getting a car as soon as possible. Raluca was extremely helpful as where other staff on the phone. Highly recommend to anyone.

I was very happy with my experience with this location. I rented a car for 5 days. I live in Canada and couldn’t get a hold of the branch because I messed up by not calling with the area code (if you don’t live in the UK - hold “0” on your iPhone dial screen until “+” appears. Then put the area code “44” and the branch number (minus the first “0”). Regardless, I called first thing in the morning the day of my car rental, and they kindly still honoured their pick up service! I understand that was because they had the availability to that day, so we were lucky. Normally I think you’re supposed to check in at least 24 hours before your booking. The woman who picked us up, Stacey, was very kind and knowledgeable. She gave us lots of advice on what to do in the area and Edinburgh. I can’t express enough how handy the pick up / drop off service is. Truly grateful for that as my family member lives in a small town nearby, but it would’ve taken 2 hours on the bus. The process of renting the car was explained clearly and we added my partner as an extra driver in a timely manner. We got an automatic suv, which was a bit large for the Scottish border roads but was excellent to drive. It was also a hybrid and there are a few charging stations in towns nearby, if you plan ahead. You can pay online with a credit card if you call the company’s customer service (they’ll give you the website link). Overall I’m very grateful for the excellent customer service and would definitely rent a car from this branch again!
