My Mum needed a few bespoke invitations for an upcoming occasion and we found this local printer (Digital Picture and Print Ltd) online.Tremendously helpful and friendly from the start, we walked out with exactly what we needed, all formatted, proofed, printed on lovely quality card and with envelopes.Wonderful service and worthy of a 5 star + review. I am very disappointed in the OUTCOME of the photos of my family that I wanted framed. It has a yellow tint and not the True colour of the photo's itself. I compared my coloured photos with Snappy Snaps in Ealing Broadway with the staff and they told me it was their Kodak Processor and the type of paper they use - All processors are different.To be honest- I didn't need an explanation from the staff, I just wanted to be made aware that the outcome of the photos would look more yellow. (She also disagreed with me, again not customer centric).They say the customer is right"- I don't see this as a customer centric business.I think it would be fair to let the customers know what the outcome would be of their photo's like places like snappy snaps.This place show cases their restoration photos but not their normal standard prints. (I can see why now).I will not be going here again to print my photo's. Snappy snaps in Ealing Broadway is a brighter and better quality picture

Really wanted to support local and not print menus for a friends birthday party online but instead in Ealing. I visited and printed 4 menus for £6.50 and then realised I had printed the wrong size for a frame so I emailed asking for the price to print some more and gave them the amount I needed. They responded asking around paper and I said same as last time and provided my phone number. Next thing I get an email saying it’s printed (which I appreciate trying to get it done) but it was much more than I wanted to pay so I tried to explain okay well I didn’t actually agree to print it but I guess I have to pay it now. I visited the store today to collect and said again that they really shouldn’t have printed without asking me. The gentleman said well you never asked for the price. When I explained I did and showed the email (in front of another customer) he said two times well you printed before so you know how much it is (not correct as I changed the specs and quantity). I explained this isn’t the case as I sadly don’t know their prices off by heart (hence why I asked for them). He said he printed extra as that’s the size of the sheet and how many they can fit so these are free of charge - to which I explained that’s fine and appreciate it but I don’t actually need them (as they are to go in frames which I have already ordered) and again missing my point about the fact I wouldn’t have printed so many. He just shouted at the woman and the price I had to pay and turned his back on me so I was left to pay for what I hadn’t actually ordered. Really bad service, won’t return. I really hate to complain about small local places when so many of them are struggling right now.

Great place, independent printer company that very customer service focused. Went there today to print out signs with an unsettled 3month baby. The man there was super lovely and very helpful and not too concerned about my baby. I Will be back for my future printing.

Wonderful and professional service did a brilliant photo editing for me, very helpful, friendly staff,much better than bigger chain stores, can't thank them enough, would recommend them to everyone.

I have been using Digital Picture & Print Ltd for a number of years to print business cards, enlarge photos and recently to digitalize and enhance a large number of old photos including some black and white ones from the 1900s. I am delighted with the results and have much appreciated the professional advice and the efficient and courteous service throughout. Very happy to recommend them.

Great service for passport photos. High quality camera and result. Optimised digital photo emailed to me about an hour after visit so I didn't have to wait. Following an uploading glitch (not their issue), they were very helpful in trying to resolve providing another version.

They helped take the perfect passport photo with the digital ID feature to allow it to be uploaded instantly to the passport office

Excellent customer service as always. Staff here are very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. This is the only place I go to whenever I need new passport style photos, which are always of high quality (unlike those made by Photo-Me photo booths). They also have a fantastic range of decorative photo frames which make lovely presents.

I have used Digital Picture & Print a few times since moving to the area 6yrs ago for miscellaneous photo printing but it wasn't until recently that I have used them for bulk photo printing for our wedding photos and also purchase of frames. We have subsequently used them for printing thank you photos. The service is fantastic, very personal and tailored to your needs. They offer advice and help as well as framing (which is brilliant as it always takes me ages). The selection of frames in the shop is superb and they will now be my go-to place for gifts for printed photos/framed photos.It isn't often these days that you find a local independent photo shop (or indeed any photo shop) so I was thrilled to be able to use them for bulk printing and the price was very reasonable. They are also thoroughly nice and kind people. I will be using them again for all the photos I have failed to print from holidays over the last 15+ yrs.I highly recommend them.
