Garston Veterinary Group - Frome

These vets and their assistants are helpful, warm and caring and take good care of my kitties. One of my kittens had a bad reaction to vaccine and they were excellent in handling that. The wellness plan is great.

Have been going here around 30 years. Absolutely fantastic service. Staff are friendly and helpful. Not been there for a year as our last dog was put to sleep there a year ago. We went last week with our new rescue dog and it was something I was really nervous about but izzy put me at ease and also my dog. She was extremely good with my dog. Garston has had a make over. You now wait in a separate waiting room, I have added photos. Cats and dogs have separate waiting rooms. The New work that has been done looks absolutely amazing. Comfy chairs, there is 1 big arm chair to sit in. Reception is still where it has always been. Car park.

Very friendly polite and professional. Showed true empathy and understanding. Both receptionist and vet Alex were fabulous when we had to put our beloved dog down. They made us at ease, saw that our dog was calm and once she was with us on the room Alex went through the process and allowed us to decide when we and she was ready and then allowed us as much tome as we wanted to be with her afterwards. Thoroughly recommend

Very good vets we have been with them since 1975

Lovely practise, everyone there is so friendly. We have seen them for everything from standard vaccines, to a neuter on a kitten who had reacted badly to medicines at another practise. Vets were so kind and understanding, they took great care of my little Mr who luckily didn't react badly at all. They were also the most sympathetic when I had to see them to say goodbye to my daughters last little girly Pebbles. Whilst to some only a mouse they were so compassionate, and understood how worried i was at the near spinal lump that had formed, I couldn't have asked for better, they made saying goodbye just that tiny bit easier knowing that it was the right decision for her.

Ever since our first dog way back in 1982 all our pets from tiny pets (rats, hamsters etc), our first ever cat have always been cared for by Garston.They have been helpful and compassionate.They have separate waiting areas for cats and dogs.They offer wellness plans which save money on routine health checks and discounts on prescriptions. (Things not covered by insurance plans)Staff from reception, nurses and vets are happy and good at putting your mind at rest.

We changed from Another practice to here and they have been fantastic. They are so kind, friendly and helpful. They also saved my dogs life. They provide as much support to the human as the animal. I am updating this as my medical assistance dog has been very poorly for the past year, the team and especially Matt our regular vet have gone above and beyond. They are absolutely fantastic! Highly reccomend.
