Great service! Helped cut up a piece of packaging to ensure my parcel would not get damaged as board backed envelopes were out of stock. Hard working staff. Wish there were more post offices (in general).

Last Saturday, I went to the post office to seek help for my driving license renewal - I was having a problem with doing the application online. The person at help desk, Verra, was very kind and helpful and completed this for me very swiftly. He is very nice and kind, thank you for your service.

One counter open for general postal services and at least 30 people waiting. Was the same the last time I came here too. If there’s going to be such long queues can the Post Office not offer slots to book online to come instead of making people spend ages in a queue.EDIT: Thanks for your reply Jess. Any staff in the Post Office will be aware of the problem, it’s pretty clear from the number of people standing around waiting. I am still waiting - it has been over 30 minutes.

I was at Oxford Post Office today and Valentina helped to send an item I sold on eBay. She was so kind and helpful and did must more than just post an item. I was very anxious and she helped me to stay calm and also how to navigate eBay. I would like to recommend Valentina for an excellency prize. I'm sure Valentina's manager Stephen must be proud of having her as part of his staff.

I go here almost 3-4x a week due to the nature of my work and it's always great. Sometimes it gets really busy and the waiting time can get a little long due to shortage of workers but you can really tell that they're trying to give their best with a smile. I always leave feeling impressed bcs everyone is so helpful and friendly. Thank you so much!

Cinderella was a huge help ! I had to send a parcel containing a fragile item with some very specific instructions and she made sure that we followed each one of them properly and was very kind and patient to help me package the content carefully and prepare the envelope for delivery. Super happy with the service and the help received overall !!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt that the service I received from Valentina at the Oxford city centre branch was of the highest order & deserved one. She is extremely polite, attentive & very thorough at her job and deserves to be acknowledged for high standard of service she delivers. An easy 5stars and thanks again.
