Today was our second time grabbing some cakes from Cake Box Newbury. Well, just such an awesome shop. The staff is really friendly and full of energy. It says vegetarian and egg free same time all over shop, now not sure it meant to say vegan or something else as vegetarians eat eggs? Well nice looking cake shop for sure.

Fantastic cakes, made my cake with in an hour and just how I wanted it. Amazing team and customer service. The cake was flavourful and fresh. All the products are suitable for vegetarians and halal. The prices are very reasonable, so much better than what you pay for those cakes in supermarket. Will definitely be ordering again.

Really friendly shop owner with a fab friendly team. Shop is clean and welcoming. Nice for last min occasions( slices and cupcakes) also good for big celebrations as they can make cakes that are massive and small. Also the extra special personal t touch of personalisation Is a service they offerThe cake is very fresh and tasty! A particular fav of mine is the Oreo fresh cake slice.If you’re forgetful or wanting to go above and beyond they also have helium balloons and candlesRecommend highly

On entering this shop today I was disappointed, misunderstood & ignored by staff member.I had asked if they sold Gluten free cakes.The member of staff did not know & walked away from me.I subsequently read the ingredients &was then pointed (thanks to my friend ) to the sign displayed on the glass that Gluten might be present.I pointed to this sign indicating to the member of staff that Yes" gluten might be present. The staff member looked at me blankly
