Stef is a brilliant yoga teacher. She is so knowledgeable and I have learnt so much from her. She offers a wide range of classes and they can be adapted to suit all abilities.

Stef is such a wonderfully natural teacher, super friendly, and laidback enough to have a giggle during classes. Always the right balance of instruction and demonstration with hands-on adjustments if needed. Whilst supportive of injuries and limitations, she always manages to encourage us to push a little harder and I’m gaining a lot more strength as a result.

You don't just get amazing Yoga, you get strength and conditioning. Every week the routines are different and challenging but also accessible for most levels. Highly recommend Yogi Sanctuary, also check out the retreats, amazbobs.

Stef’s yoga classes are brilliant, particularly the Rest, Restore and Replenish events she runs every month or so - the perfect way for us busy mums to relax and forget about the chaos of everyday life for a few hours!

I’ve been attending Stef’s classes for over a year now and absolutely love them. From Rocket a more challenging practice to Hatha a gentle but strong. Practice. I feel that Stef’s puts her whole heart into putting her classes together and I never feel that she is not 100% enthusiastic . She is funny with a good balance of serious . She is caring and will look after us re injury or emotionally. Taking care to understand all our needs. She welcomes new comers into her very happy classes .
