Fantastic service, really quick, competent and friendly. Had a bit of an emergency because my car broke down during a roadtrip. Was helped straight away, called in the morning and had the car back and working within a few hours. I was a bit worried because I had a European car, but it was no problem whatsoever. Also really good value for money, and the garage kept in contact throughout the day. Can only highly recommend.

Our family has been using Bayside Garage for over 15 years. Andy, James, and the entire staff are not only professional and knowledgeable, but also trustworthy and accommodating. They consistently avoid incurring any unnecessary expenses on our behalf.Doing business with them is always a pleasure, and we wouldn't consider using anyone else. In fact, even when we're in London, we prefer to drive to Cardiff to use Bayside Garage rather than go anywhere else. We strongly recommend them.

I’ve used Bayside for 20years across every vehicle I’ve owned in that period inc BMWs, Audi, VW, Porsche and a 1964 Beetle.Always honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Have recommended them to many people and we all think the same.Can’t fault them and I much prefer the service and people to what you would get at a main dealer - not to mention the lower price.

Excellent service. The guys there were friendly in person and over the phone. Booked an MOT, hassle free drop off and collection of the vehicle. They kept me updated over the phone. I would definitely recommend and I will be going back for my MOT next year. Cheers guys!

Had a really lovely service for my MOT today. This garage was recommended by a friend of mine two days ago and in a rush, I used the online booking form on the website to see if it was possible to get my car booked in. Within the hour I had a call back and they had my car booked in around my schedule!I was kept in touch with throughout the day, letting me know how the MOT went and even when it was ready to pick up. Perfect customer service so the least I can do is give them a great review.Thanks for looking after me and the car!

Fantastic service. Had a problem with the power steering pump. Took my car in in the morning, they figured out what was wrong, ordered the parts, and fixed the car. It was ready by the afternoon. Reasonable price and great work. Very impressed and will return with any future problems and mot. Thanks guys!

My car broke down and the guys managed to check it within 2 hours to find the issue and managed to get the new part in and repair it by the following morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be recommending and will now be bringing my car and my boyfriends car back to them if we ever have any issues! Thanks so much! One happy customer!

Where do I start with this dreadful business. Went in for a routine MOT, which was done in a few hours before getting a call about midday to confirm that this has been done and asking to collect. Got back home and noticed the bonnet catch has been brute forced when going to check my screen washer fluid.Spoke to them the same day to ask about this fault and they said to drop it down again, they blamed this on myself when they were the last people to use this.The bonnet needs to be opened during an MOT so this could have only been them.Got a call to collect for the second time where they proceeded to charge me £250 to repair this without checking first, I pulled them up on why they didn’t inform me of the repair and their response was ‘you look like you have money so we didn’t check with you before we proceed’I would suggest checking before they replace any parts as the price of the parts will be determined on how much money they think you have.

I've been using them since Andy and Jamie opened, I find them Very knowledgeable. When I describe a problem they generally have a good idea what it will be and are normally right. At my local garage if the fault doesn't occur while they drive it and there's nothing when they plug it in, they shrug their shoulders. Bayside have normally come across the problem before and know how to go about fixing it. Friendly and efficient.
