I needed another box of tiles and they only had them in a job lot but Graeme split it and gave me a box or I could not finish floor in kitchen .1st class service from Graham went above and beyond so grateful great service would highly recommend this company .Great to see this family company cares about there customers other shops could learn from this company thank you so much appreciated mrs Karen Whyte

Great service from Stuart - he stayed late to assist with my purchase. Went over and above sending pics of similar tiles to what I was looking for. He also delivered tiles and aided in the return of excess tiles. Stuart is an asset to the business. That on top of a good selection and quality tiles.

Nice range of tiles and the showroom has a nice selection of mock builds. The building itself is rather tired and leaking but then the weather has been bad recently.The guy who served us seemed rather disinterested and whilst he wasn't rude there was certainly a negative vibe present. It's no big deal though, maybe he was having a bad day or something.Having to drive to a different location to get the tiles was a little unexpected, but once there it was quick and efficient. We got what we came for which is good.

Large selection of tiles and booths to view and choose ideas from. I seen many tiles that I liked, but unfortunately I did fall in love with the tiles that I finally chose from another local tile retailer. Maybe sometime in the future I will be back. Still recommendable for a browse. Thankyou

Got our bathroom done last June. Got all tiles from Tilemania and all grout, great service and a great price. Also owner came and spoke to me directly to thank me for business. Was a nice touch in my opinion and they recommend several tilers which helped as I didn't know anyone. ***** service
