I bought these running shoes in April this year in your store, after a month the thread is already breaking. As I was in June to file a complaint, the lady said that it's been 28 days and she can not help. After all, it is a factory default. Should I buy new sports shoes every month? What will the Consumer Office say?

I would have scored zero if possible. I'm 54 years old and I have never been in any kind of shop that has been so rude. Not just to me.. The poor fella in front of me at the checkout was told tough

Shocking customer disservice (simply cannot call it service). Staff, if you find them as they seem to spend most of their time chatting to one another, are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. If you happen to bother them as clearly it seems like the worst thing you could possibly be doing by asking for a certain size in shoes, they don’t communicate with you. So you’re left wondering whether they’ve heard you and are in fact planning on returning. One simply walked past me in his return. When I stopped him to ask whether they had the size available, he shook his head and continued walking away. It’s also evident that hello, please and thank you are not in any of the staff members vocabulary and you as a customer are an utter inconvenience and the sooner you leave, the better. Ghastly staff.

Cashier Lady very disrespectful and started screaming at me for an error she made. When I told her she didnt need to scream, she rolled her eyes and said she was screaming because I dont listen lol. Unreal moment.. would not recommend this place, super bad attitude to clients

The worst service in the world, the staff made me cry. It turns out that here it is forbidden to try several pairs in a row, since it is “difficult to pot them back after”. I was treated so rudely that I cried (although it is hard to make me cry and I am always very nice to the staff, since I work with people + it is my first day in live in London, you could imagine how happy I was). I asked the employee to speak more politely, to which he answered me “and what will you do to me?”. the employee was so rude that I thought he would do something to me. Complained to the administration, there was NO reaction at all. it feels like all offended by life people are working here, you all guys need psychotherapy or quit the work if you hate work with people

Was the only person in the shop shortly after it had opened. The 3 members of staff there were talking amongst themselves. As soon as they saw me enter the shop they all looked at me then started laughing amongst themselves. One of the ladies walked off and went to the back of the shop. Returning shortly after, when she came back the 3 of them continued to talk amongst themselves. Not acknowledging me as a customer, no hello or how can I help you? No point of working in retail if you lack basic customer service skills or home training!

Super Pathetic Customer Service.We took some time to decide but the sales person told me I should request him and i should ask him in a requesting manner.After deciding 2 shoes. The guy just refused to sell the shoes.I told him to ask someone else to deal with me. He said he is the only one around and will not sell any shoes.

Walk in to find no workers on shop floor, they are all in the back, I had to ask security call someone out.Rude workers with attitude! Crooked hidden policy! At the counter big sign to say “happy to exchange with 28 days!No mention of excluded items like sealed items ie football socks. Refused for 'hygiene reasons' so i asked how is a sealed item now become unhygienic? response socks is underwear! the stlupidity of explanation!Should be called Jungle Direct because thats the environment!"

I went to pick up a package that I ordered to be picked up at the store and the manager was horribly rude telling me that the package wasn’t there then walk away as she was wearing headphones the whole time that she was there being rude as well to other staff that was helping me with my order which she found. While I was walking out I ask her name and she said it wasn’t my business and to get out of her store. Totally disrespectful. Don’t really know how this can be a manager.
