I cannot recommend Julia enough. From the moment I had my first wedding dress appointment, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. She is so knowledgeable, warm, enthusiastic, patient and professional and knows exactly how to find the perfect dress to fit the individual's personality and style- I am so thrilled I chose to get my dress from Julia. Julia never made me feel rushed and ensured I picked a dress that suited me perfectly, listening to my likes, dislikes and ideas. My mum and I were so inspired by Julia that my mum chose to have her mother of the bride dress made by Julia and was also thrilled by the experience and the final dress. We were able to have our final fittings together and Julia ensured that both of our dresses fitted us perfectly. I would highly recommend Julia to anybody starting their wedding dress/mother of the bride dress journey and will greatly miss our visits to the boutique. Thank you so much Julia! xxx

Julia is the best in the business. From the moment I stepped into JTBC, I knew that I was in safe hands. We lined up all the dresses I liked, plus a few extras of Julia’s choice, and as I was trying them on they got better and better. I realised Julia was working me up to my perfect dress. Julia is so talented - she added such lovely, subtle details to my dress and my veil to make it unique and special. I didn't think I was ever going to find my perfect dress; I knew what I wanted in my head but just hadn't found it until I went to Julia Tasker, all of the dresses in the shop are so beautiful and classic. Julia was so patient and let me try on so many styles and listened to exactly what I wanted, she made me feel so at ease at all of my appointments and fittings. Eventually after mixing a dress and a jacket we got my perfect dress and Julia altered it, so it fit me perfectly and was exactly how I wanted it. From my initial appointment with Julia she has been amazing! I was so nervous about trying on dresses, worried I would never find ‘the one’. Julia put me at ease and really got to know me and what I liked and usually wore which helped in knowing what to try. She made me feel so relaxed and I knew I could trust her advice. I was so happy when I decided on my Sassi Holford dress and the day I chose was just the perfect day!Julia kept in touch with me about other events she had such as Debbie Carlisle accessories where I got my gorgeous hair piece from and she was always on hand to recommend other suppliers such as shoes etc.I will miss my visits to Julia we will my mum but I now have the pictures of our wedding day and memories and I am so glad I chose Julia to help me find ‘the one’.You are in very safe hands with Julia and her expertise and I would recommend the boutique to anyone starting their wedding dress journey. Julia is incredibly talented at what she does, from the first fitting to the last she guided us through the process of choosing the perfect wedding dress always with the utmost professionalism but so friendly it all felt very relaxed too. The dress looked absolutely incredible, and fitted wonderfully. I can't wait to get her to turn it into a beautiful skirt I can wear in the future too!
