Visited baci many times and never had any issues however our last visit was by far our worst experience. Our drinks order was taken as soon as we sat down yet despite asking 3 separate staff for a jug of water we where still waiting 20 mins later. Our starters where served with the waiter leaning over me and across the table almost knocking over the drinks. The waiter then came over whilst i was still eating and removed everyone elses plates around me. I was then left sat with a main meal with no fork to eat it with. Then came the dessert menu which we had for 15 mins before we had to call over a waiter take our order. We then had to wait a further 15 mins for our desserts to arrive. Told the waiter that we were not happy with the service to be told that they were busy with a birthday party group. The food was nice but the service terrible. Won't be returning.

First visit. Maybe visit again the food was very nice. Surprised about torn seats and cracks in the big mirror if they were trying to impress the customers. The ambience was nice. I'm not sure about the main waiter he seemed to be a bit false. I left in mind he was a fake Italian. Apart from that worth a visit make up your own mind.

All substance no flavour. Although busy buzzing atmosphere the quality of the main dishes is not what you would expect. No seasoning or thought about quality just quantity. Disappointing.

The staff were really nice and food was great. However , there were a group of people next to us vaping the whole time. I would not accept someone smoking next to me in a restaurant, so why accept vaping. Also vaping is not allowed in most public enclosed spaces. I went to the manager to ask what the vaping policy was, and he was unsure. I’d suggest having a vaping policy so other customers are not uncomfortable. I also saw several people vaping while trying to find a staff member.We were also charged £2.50 for an extra pizza topper, when on the menu it was 80p, I’d suggest being transparent with customers when ordering that a certain topping is more expensive.Would not dine here again given the above, otherwise a lovely place.There was a lack of vegetation and vegan options as well, would have been nice to see more on the menu.

A little wait as it was very busy. We were kept informed by the staff and soon seated. The food was good and so were the staff excellent family meal for Dad's birthday.

Waiters and Waitresses are all very nice! A lot of food choice and have a special menu, not sure does it change everyday but I love the atmosphere and services here! I really think that this is the perfect place for celebrating, birtgday dinner or just Christmas dinner.You will have a great day after coming here, amazing looking, was a very nice place if you want to take some beautiful photos! In total I would give a 5 star ✨
